Lovely, comfortable, relaxed atmosphere; run by a delightful team of mom and daughter; service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and we enjoyed wearing one of the many beautiful vintage hats for our tea. We would highly recommend the Purple Rose, especially one of their speciality tea functions.
