We enjoyed an Afternoon Tea here during the month of March. The tea list was extensive, the food prepared was tasty, varied and presented well. The minestrone was delicious and the assortment of tea sandwiches was fun. It was an enjoyable Sunday afternoon for our family.

Everytime I have come to the Red Brick Bakery and tea room, the experience has been wonderful. I have enjoyed walk in service, high teas, and special Saturday dinners. Each and every time has been wonderful and the tea is fantastic. Will always come back and recommend.

I am trying to be optomistic because it was the weekend of the street fair. I took my daughter to try the tea room that is closest to our home. We have been to other tea rooms so we had something to compare to. Sadly this did not measure up. We had a 12:30 reservation. We were greeted promptly and that is about where it went south. We received our tea by 12:45 and finally our first course one scone came at 1:05. No description just a plate drop. Our next course was a very small salad again no communication to what was being served. 2:00 came and we received our sandwiches. I asked the girl what was on the plate she had no clue and had to get someone else to explain. 2:25 We got our dessert plate with a description this time. I really cant complain about the food it was very good and the te... (more)

Tearoom Response
Jody - Thank you for your review. We strive to provide exemplary customer service and am very sorry to hear that your experience at the Red Brick were less than perfect. We try to respond to customer feedback very seriously. The weekend that you came for afternoon tea was a very busy weekend with the Street Fair outside and we also had new staff we were training that day. We feel that we do provide a better afternoon tea service than you experienced. We hope you will give us a second chance to impress you and stop back for tea and scones again!
