Fun atmosphere with lots of antiques and hats to try on, extensive tea list and delicious scones served hot with Devon cream; my cookies were fresh from the bakery (try the chocolate madeleines) and the little fruit tarts are wonderful. Genuinely friendly service, too. Ask for the upstairs room if you're having a party.
