SensibiliTeas is a retail tea shop with over 600 teas. Within the collection are over 500 organic teas, many of which are fair-trade and/or biodynamic. Tea preparation tools of all kinds. Loose leaf tea can be as easy as bag tea, and is certainly far better tasting. Stop in and see what it's like to 'Get loose and think outside the bag'.

Food: What an amazing tea shop! The staff knows everything there is to know about tea! I was shopping for a Mother's Day gift and they walked me through a series of questions and my answers led them to the perfect teas for my mother! I bought six kinds of tea (out of about 600!) and she already tried 4 and loved them! Thanks so much! |

Food: I've been to almost every tea shop in the Northeast and this is my favorite. I travel regularly, but always look forward to returning to the Glens Falls area to visit here. The customer service is outstanding and the variety of teas available is mind-blowing. The staff is so knowledgeable about tea there is no such thing as an unanswered question. My highest recommendations! Bravo! |

My fiancée Richard never drank tea until I had him try one of Sensibiliteas own blends. Now, he looks forward to what I may bring home from the Tea Lady (as he refers to Donnalynn). |

Food: FANTASTIC PLACE! If you are looking for the real thing you have found it! Even if you do not love tea you must go for the experience. I have been buying tea from Donnalynn for about two years now. I recently moved to Queens and only buy her teas when I come home to visit. She has the best service and knowledge of teas! Her variety is unmatched upstate. She can offer suggestions for homeopathic remedies to special blends for your palette. She is patient and offers high service unmatched these days. Her tea and accessories are purchased and sold with care and thought about the overall health and wellness of her customers. Even if you are a coffee lover, as am I, don't be surprised if you become addicted to SensibiliTeas as well! |

The only problem I have is I am addicted to the place and end up buying new flavors even when I don't really need anymore. I recommend it to anyone I know who likes tea, then they too get hooked. |

Food: As a long time coffee drinker, my experience at SensibliTeas was excting. Not knowing alot about teas Donnalynn was very knowledgeable at helping me to pick the right teas just for me. Her shop gives off a claming, relaxing atmostphere. A place were you don't feel like your being rushed to make a decision,then pushed out the door. Food: Words fail me to try and describe what a wonderful atmosphere that is provided by this shop. Always a welcoming and comfortable place where time seems to stand still as you indulge yourself in the greatest selection of tea one could ever wish for. Donnalynn makes a point of giving you her full attention until you walk out of the door, answering every question you could possibly throw at her. I am convinced that anyone can become a tea lover after setting foot inside Donnalynn's shop! |

Food: I suppose if one must be ruined it is best to be ruined by the best. At times I travel and have no choice but to buy tea elsewhere--never am I satisfied, never am I content. There is no comparison to all of that joy that I know provided by Sensibiliteas. With just one step across the threshold, all of my wants and needs for tea do lay to rest. When out and about oh so far from this home, at times I know not what to do, my tea cup all alone. Oh so many think: 'I know, why don't I open a teashop? How hard is that?' Food: Never seen so much tea in one place in my life! And the owner knows all of them! Customer service is beyond compare. When I called to inquire about hours she said they close at 5pm, but she'd be happy to wait for me to get there. Can't think of any other shop of any kind that would offer that! While the selection can seem overwhelming, they walk you through a series of questions that leads you to the perfect tea for you. Much cooler than being pushed to the most expensive offerings. |

Thanks for your feedback, Rachael. I'm sorry for your disappointment with my cup choice. Though I agree artsier cups would be really cool, we more concerned with the environmental friendliness of the cup than the appearance.

Food: This is my new favorite place! The staff suggested lemon myrtle tea to help with my cold. I had one cup before bed, had my first good night's sleep in days, and woke being able to breathe, without weezing. It was like magic! |

Food: Donnalynn has the largest selection of teas anywhere and is very knowledgeable about all of them. She also carries all the accessories needed to make a great cup of tea. Service is fast and friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my tea needs either in person or on the internet. |

Food: When I went into Sensibiliteas for the very first time,I had NO idea whatsoever about what i was looking for,as I'm a life-long coffee drinker and was only visiting on a whim.......after a short time,I left with a better understanding of the huge variety of delicious teas available,and,the urge to experiment with the vast collection available at the shop.
