I haven't physically been to the teahouse, I have been ordering on line. I am amazed at the variety of the teas and can't wait till my next order arrives. The teas are all in individual zip locked bags and wrapped with tissue. My goal is to try to sample all the different teas-a lifetime ambition! I definitely recommend this tea shop.

If you want an absolutely wonderful experience discovering 300+ teas with an owner who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful about white teas, green teas, rooibos teas and the benefits of the various teas, the trip to SensibiliTeas is very worthwhile. The loose teas are delicious and so much better than 'bagged' teas. I completely recommend that you visit this tea shop.

My first visit to SensibiliTeas was very enjoyable, and educational. I loved all the different teapots they sell. The staff was very friendly, and very knowledgable about teas. Every question I had was answered instantly, and in depth. The woman who helped us, demonstrated for us one of the tea flowers blossoming in water. It was an amazing sight. I only described the type of tea I like, and she knew exactly what kind I should pick to sample. She prepared it very well. It was so smooth. We were welcome to stay as long as we like, and just browse all the teas and accessories for sale. I will visit again, and bring more friends. I loved it. If you haven't checked it out yet make the effort. It is worth it.

I never expected a gem like Sensibiliteas to open in Glens Falls! Their selection is vast, and the proprietor has a deep knowledge of tea. She is incredibly helpful in tea selection, for both the novice and for those who have a more specific idea of their preference. The shop is bright, cheerful and inviting, and while the store is generally catered to those who stop in to buy loose leaf tea, they also serve brewed tea and there are a few comfortable chairs available if you'd like to sit and enjoy. The shop also has a wide selection of tea accessories, from storage containers to tea pots, strainers, mugs and anything else you might need in your adventures with tea. The different 'tea of the month' plans available are also especially interesting and creative as gift ideas.

SensibiliTeas is a treasure trove! My daughter and I went in for a gift and came out with not only that but several additions for ourselves. Donna Lynn was knowledgeable and adept at guiding our choices. (The gift recipient was very pleased.) I have always been a coffee drinker and then only one or two cups in the morning. I heard of Sensibiliteas from a co-worker and with the holiday season and gifts to buy for my better half, had to go see what it was all about. What a great place! Donna Lynn is very personable and a true tea expert. It was her expertise and ability to invest a novice (me) with the tea culture and lingo that made it a truly enriching experience. My wife loved the Christmas gifts and we are now regulars. I look forward to the evenings so that we can brew up a new blend and unwind together. The hardest part is deciding what type and flavor of tea to choose, but this also makes it easy to return to the store as there are so many teas available. I highly recommend Sensibiliteas to anyone who feels that they deserve a little reward at the end of each day.

I love this shop! While I've only been there a couple of times, it's still one of my favorites. I usually buy several bags of tea when I'm there and it's such a comforting feel to go home loaded with so many varieties of tea. She even has 2 varieties of apricot (which I've always found very hard to find). I always feel rich when I leave the shop even though I've bought only a very small sample of what is available. In fact, it's amazing the variety of teas she has available. This is a tea lovers dream.

I visited for the first time in this month and loved it, had tried to get there before but stores hours and my hours just didn't match up, and the wait was worth it! My parents actually found SensibiliTeas and brought me there the first time. I was hooked!
The overall atmosphere of Donnalynn's store is very calming. There is a Wall of Tea ... canisters full of tea! There are also samples available and, when I was there, some ice tea and cookies available.
Her shop is not fussy, which is my complaint with a lot of tearooms and shops specializing in tea. It's easy to browse, or just have a seat and talk to Donnalynn about her tea or the ingredients or the many tea accessories.
Since I live out of town, I order most of my tea from SensibiliTeas online. When I go up to visit my parents, I try and stop by.
It's a great place to shop for yourself or for gifts!

Having spent several years in England, I know what a good cup of tea should be, and had despaired of ever finding 'a good cuppa' again. But I have been saved! Thanks to Donna's expertise and patience, I have found the black tea that I would go to the ends of the earth for! (Hunnan Gold in case you're wondering). SensibiliTeas carries such a wonderful variety and Donna's knowledge of all of them is a wonder. She takes the time to ask questions and makes selections based on your personal preferences. I've even been introduced to some new teas that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. And, whenever I go on a trip somewhere, I make sure to visit Donna first so I can put together a great 'hostess' package, complete with the Ingenuiteas filter cup, and a wonderful sampling of both black and green teas. I can't say enough positive about this lovely shop - it's worth the trip!!

I had for many years lived in the city of Buffalo when I was compelled to move to Glens Falls, New York, due to exigencies of a familial nature.
Having moved from a major metropolitan area to a small town in upstate New York, I was certain that amongst the things I would be giving up would be access to a source of decent tea. Imagine my delight when I discovered SensibiliTeas! Although SensibiliTeas has the selection, service and quality of a store you might find in Buffalo or New York, it was located conveniently near my home! The proprietress is extremely knowledgeable about all of the hundreds of teas she has available for purchase. Furthermore those teas are always fresh and of the highest quality. It's a casual, friendly atmosphere - a clean, bright shop in a refurbished old shirt factory. You can purchase a cup of tea or a bag of loose tea as well as all the accessories necessary to make your tea at home in all kinds of neat ways. The owner and operator Donnalynn is extremely knowledgeable and willing to educate on each unique tea. As of yet, there is no food served, but the variety of teas, the knowledge of the history, health benefits and origins of each tea, and the personal attention and customer service is exquisite. My favorite source for loose leaf tea! The service is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. And I haven't come across another tearoom with the variety of Sensibiliteas. The Shirt Factory is a really neat old building filled with galleries and artists' work space. The perfect place to enjoy a cuppa.
