Serene Teaz is the perfect haven to escape a stressful day, whether you are a tea enthusiast or not. The customer service there is exceptional and the Chiwallas know their knowledge on various types of teas and their benefits. Aside from offering a delicious and diverse variety of teas Serene Teaz allows patrons to try samples of the various teas before purchasing (you can try them hot or iced). The manager of Serene Teaz often shows a great amount of interest in the customers and making sure customers have an exceptional experience by being along side with the chiwallas in servicing customers as well as helping customers with their questions and offering classes for those who want to dive further into the world of tea. Some of my favorite foods they offer include the shortbread, the lemon poppyseed muffins, and the delicious trail mix bars. Even if you do not like the traditional forms of tea or the flavor of tea, Serene Teaz offers hot cocoa in the winter and various tea shakes in the summer. I have been coming to the store since it opened and I have found that it hasn't lost its charm since it has opened. This place is a true sanctuary for the stressed and lovers of tea.
