The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and comfortable. The staff is attentive, thorough and knowledgable. The tea and the food both are excellent and are reasons to feel good...organic goodness. Serenity is a hot spot as well as a blessing to our community to be sure.

The serenity tea house is one of the most amazing places in traverse city to chill, meet friends and eat healthy organic food which just tastes excellent. The different teas are reaching out in every spectrum of tastes.
But the basically best thing in Serenity are all those amazingly friendly people who work there.
The Tea House is the perfect place to take a break of the so busy world - so stop by & stay there for a while.

A great place to eat and enjoy a good cup of tea in a nice atmosphere! They have an extensive tea selection and a wonderful vegetarian menu. There is something to please everyone at Serenity Tea Bar and Cafe.

Serenity is a great place to meet up with friends and family. The atmosphere is welcoming to all ages. The staff is a fun group of good people...and who doesn't want to be around good people? Every time I leave Serenity I leave with higher spirits. The food is amazing and their selection of tea is incredible. I’d recommend this cozy little spot to everyone!

What a great new place in Traverse City!! Just the sort of thing we need! They've got over 70 kinds of organic and fairtrade teas to choose from! It's a warm and friendly urban tea bar atmosphere. Lots of browns and olive greens. There's some contemporary art work on the walls that really compliments the space. There are about ten actually tables, two window seats (complete with pillows for those who wish to sit there cross-legged), and some counter seating. If you want to relax more there are a couple of couches and some cozy armchairs. In terms of food, they're totally vegetarian and even do some vegan and gluten free things. They also like to use the teas in recipes for stuff like soups, salad dressings, marinades, and their hummus. With the good food and cool atmosphere it's bound to be a hit! Plus, it's right across the street from the new State Theater!
