Variety: The tearoom is absolutely Victorian in decor, just lovely. I loved the perk of choosing a hat from Myra's collection, to wear as we dined. The food for the high tea was beautifully presented, and delicious. I especially liked the cream of potato and beet soup. If you want a true high tea experience, this is the place. From decor to atmosphere to tea to food, you will not be disappointed. |

Variety: I had my first experience at the Seven Owls Tea Room with some great friends and family on January 21. Everything was absolutely fantastic, especially those delicious scones!! We will be returning again for the February tea with even more friends. We have started to spread the word on this fabulous little jewel right here in Lancastrer!! Thank You Myra for a memorable afternoon...=) |

Variety: I just loved my experience at Seven Owls. I attended a psychic tea with family and friends. The food was homemade, fresh and excellent. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere is Victorian/Shabby Chic and very warm and cozy. I could have stayed all day! Looking forward to returning in February for another psychic tea and some more of Myra's wonderful hospitality. She is a joy to talk with and you can definitely feel her love for her tea room! You have to visit Seven Owls. You won't be disappointed! |

Variety: The tea they offer is anything but of high quality, you cannot hide a subpar product with hats and decorations. I also found that Myra is very rude. After coming on here to comment on this poor establishment and seeing how she showed pure and utter disregard for her customers responses I feel the need to do tell all others to avoid this establishment. I assume she will respond in poor fashion after this posting as she has done in the past, however I do not care what she thinks because she will not recieve anymore business from me or anyone else I talk to. Thankyou Myra for showing me why tea establishments in the states have not become abundant you yank. |

Variety: A friend and I had tea on Wednesday January 11th for the first time at 7 Owls. We had a lovely relaxing time. The food was wonderful and the hot tea plentiful. Myra was most attentive and helpful. We look forward to having an opportunity to return later this year. |

Variety: My mother and I recently had afternoon tea at the Seven Owls tearoom and had a wonderful time! The decor was inviting and festive for the holidays. The food was absolutely delicious...scones, soup, sandwiches and delectable desserts! There was a nice selection of teas including black, white, herbal and rooibus. A nice touch was that we were able to see and smell samples of the tea to make our choice. We both would recommend you try this tearoom. :) |

Variety: I recently took a friend to Seven Owls as a birthday treat. This was my second visit and again The atmosphere is Victorian with many small touches to complement the ambiance. I was much impressed with the attractive presentation of the food--including an owl shape for the egg salad sandwich! The Winter Squash soup was excellent. There was a nice selection of tea sandwiches as well as deserts/sweets. I will certainly return! |

Variety: Highest quality and attention to every detail! Seven Owls was a wonderful experience, not since Enlgand have I had such a fabulous High Tea experience. We loved the opportunity to see and smell all 30+ tea options before choosing, and presentation of the prepared tea in the pot on a warming tray was expection (and refill too!). The first course of soup and scones was delicous - the BEST scones ever. The second course of sandwiches were culinarily creative and so tasty. The artistry of the sweets and desserts was equally matched with their heavenly taste. We lingered after the meal for an hour enjoying each other's company and the atmosphere in the front Victorian room. Myra couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating (especially when I changes reservation time and quantity twice). She is the perfect hostess with charm to match this oustanding tea house. You must visit and you won't be disappointed. |

Variety: My mother, 2 sisters and I received a gift certificate for an afternoon tea at Seven Owls. We had only experienced afternoon tea once before, and were relatively unsure what to expect. WHAT A GREAT GIFT IDEA! We came away greatly impressed, relaxed and very full! From the time we entered, we couldn't take our eyes off the delightful array of tea pots, cups and various other decorations throughout the quaint facility. Our outgoing and charming serving staff took the time to explain what each selection was and we thoroughly enjoyed the Peach Apricot tea - complete with the warming candle and teapot top holder. There were so many details included that made it a fun afternoon - from the owl shaped sandwiches, the colored chocolate flower, the bee on top of the desserts, the fan shaped plates, but mostly the most delicious scones and hot tea! We are definately looking forward to coming back. |

Variety: This is my third visit to Seven Owls. After visiting three other tea rooms in the area I am absolutely in love with Seven Owls. Myra is always the most attentive and responsive hostess. Her teas are always of the highest quality and her amazing selection changes with excellent new surprises. To say that a personal touch is added to everything they do is an understatement. From the owl-shaped sandwiches to the hats to the honey bee topped cream puffs, Seven Owls always far exceeds the expectations of both myself and my guests. |

Variety: On May 14th my sister-in-law and I hosted a bridal shower tea at Seven Owls. What a wonderful afternoon! The Victorian atmosphere was beautiful. The luncheon served was delicious.Loved the cream of asparagus soup. We enjoyed the Peach Apricot tea and the tasty scones. The time and talents put into the presentation of the luncheon was great. All guests had an enjoyable time choosing and wearing a hat to make the tea party complete! Thank you, Myra, for sharing your Tea Room with us and giving us a wonderful experience. I look forward to visiting again.Great gift shop too! |

Variety: On Wed 5/4/11 my daughter surprised me with a trip to the Seven Owls Tea Room for a mothers's day gift. The tea room was so charming and the tea and food excellent! Even though we arrived earlier then our reservation due to a mistake on our part, the hostess was able to accomodate us. We had a great time picking out our hats too. Next time I am in the Buffalo area I am sure to return with my daughter! |

Variety: I love high tea and have visited several tea rooms, but Seven Owls is my favorite, both for quality and quantity. The tea room itself is charming, and the price reasonable for the amount of food served. I highly recommend the Seven Owls. |

Variety: This past Saturday was my fourth visit to Seven Owls and , as usual, I was NOT disappointed! The food is wonderful (especially those scones!), the tea selection is outstanding ( I suggest peach-apricot), the service is very personalized, and the attention to detail at this quaint get-away is so enjoyable. I didn't think there was anything else that could make an afternoon at Seven Owls any more enjoyable. I was wrong. Add a most gifted psychic to the mix and you've got the makings for a really memorable day! And so it was on April 16th. I understand there will be future psychic teas. Make reservations & join in the fun! |

Variety: anyone else notice that these review look very fixed? everytime there's a negative review,a bunch of positive ones pop up? fishy eh? and the owner can't seem to take any kind of criticism, making those 'outstanding' reviews look even more obsously fake |

Variety: My family just hosted a bridal shower for me at Seven Owls this past Saturday. My grandma and all my aunts and cousins and I had such a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and the teas were enjoyed by everyone--well-practiced tea drinkers and non tea drinkers alike. I'm so glad they were able to host the shower at Seven Owls. |

Variety: On 3/5/11, we held a baby shower at Seven Owls. What a nice way to spend the afternoon! It was an escape from the norm and the decor is perfect for a baby shower. Most of the guests had never been to a tea room before. They left saying it was the classiest baby shower they've ever attended! I would recommend Seven Owls without a single reservation, that's how great the experience was! |

Variety: Was very dissatisfied with this tea room. Food was NOT fresh and service was quite poor when my husband and I visited. Was hoping to have a party here but we will keep looking! |

Tearoom Response
Rav- Since I talk with each and every customer in my tea room, I was confused by your review. We have not had a couple in the tea room for several weeks. I spoke with the last two couples, and they both said they enjoyed it very much and were planning to return. Our food is prepared fresh each day for each guest, which is why reservations are required. I'm very proud of Seven Owls reputation for great food and excellent service. -Myra
