I was here July 27, 2011.....THEY HAVE REOPENED under new management.
Good food, great earl grey...my favorite.
Building not barrier free - three steps up. Metered street parking.
Serves lunch, dinner, full tea. There guiche and scones were outstanding. Tea didn't require a reservation. GO and TRY THEM
