Excellent Tea Room. Warm Southern Hospitality and positively the best food of any Tea Room around! Tea was steeped to perfection and wonderful, delicious choices available!
The setting was perfect! Don't change anything other than will be glad when the fall gets here and it is cooler and you are open more!

Hey this was a great and wonderful Tea Room and we just had the most relaxing and wonderful time! I have been trying to get on here and write about our experience and have been so busy. Rick and Susan and staff are so accomodating and really care about their customers. They are really the best when it comes to food and the warmth of the South! I can't wait to bring all my friends from St Joseph's Hospital back for another wonderful Tea Time! They really raved about the Gift Shop and all the beautiful gifts and Christmas Villages and items......I think it's time to come again!

Well, I have read a lot of reviews from here and other tea rooms in the area that I have been too and this tearoom is just by far the best all in all! From the English Tudor under Southern Oaks to provide a magic like atmosphere to the beautiful room after room inside...It is just the most unique. Most tea rooms are in a greoup of buildings or an old regular house and just the setting for this tea room makes you feel you are being transported back in time to an English Tea.
The beautiful arched front doors to the arches above as you go through each room with magical items that sets this apart from all.

My Mother and I hosted a Bridal Tea abd luncheon and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was and the tearoom is the best, by far, I have ever been to...and I have been to many tearooms in Central Florida as well as out of state. The owners went over and beyond in every way, especially when it came to hospitality. The tearoom decor was breathtaking!! I have never seen anything like it-it was absolutely gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. The food was absolutely amazing The best scones, neiman marcus bars, chicken salad, blueberry iced tea and so much more. Every bite of food was out of this world ( and this is a true rarity to find)! Many, many thanks to Southern Belles Tearoom. I highly recommend this tearoom for anybody to socialize with close friends or host a party..it's perfectly sensational!!!! This is truly Central Florida's best kept secret and thanks to TeaMap we discovered it!

The best way to describe this Tea Room is Excellent, warm and authenic! The food is surperb, delicious, presentation is A+.but the most important thing is their attention to detail and their warmth. The Tea Room is beautiful and Elegant, but the warm southern hospitality is felt during the entire stay and the gift store is beautiful and so many treasures for Christmas on sale too! Our group goes to a lot of tea rooms but I have to say this one is #1!

Planning a family wedding Shower and they were so helpful in helping us plan it and there was not one thing we could complain about! It was above the top. Every delicious bite and believe me I am picky and their house blend tea is delicate, but very British! Also, their strawberry tea is the best around; it certainly is no comparison to no other around!

We just wanted to write and tell all of you waht a great time we all had. My Mother had a good time and the food was just perfect. Tea brewed to perfection and the Peach Apricot Ice Tea was delicious and refreshing on a hot day. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful Tea Room in the Tampa Bay Area. I don't mind driving one bit from Tampa! It is worth the trip!

Lovely Tea Room. Attended a bridal tea in March and was blown away by the service, quality and quantity of food served at the high tea and the tea was wonderful! Staff and owners are so knowledgable and eager to teach about the ways to make loose leaf tea. Also, the setting itself is just exquisite. Looks like a castle! Can't wait to bring my Mother.

Simply Country's Southern Belles Tea Room is just that......the best! no stuffy people, no one looking down their noses, and always gracious to children...the BEST tea and scones in the entire world! The food is incredible, always fresh, creative, and flavorful. Service is top-notch. There is no better tea room anywhere, at any price. Many tea rooms think that exotic or strange combinations of ingredients make their food better...not true. Rick and Susan are true professtionals-they know how to run a tea room...with fabulous tea, lovingly-prepared food and courteous, caring service. If you go anywhere else for tea, I doubt you will find anywhere that compares. I love this place!

Just was in your lovely Booth at the Strawberry Festival and had your Strawberry TEa and it was the best! How can I order more. I saw you were closed during the Festival and would like to order the loose tea. Thanks so much. I appreciated the refreshing Ice Tea today!

I just went to the Strawberry Festival yesterday and had their Strawberry Festival Blend of Tea and it was just great!!! I went back 6 times for it! I had the hot and cold and took some home to make too. Will be visiting them soon for Afternoon Tea. They are the nicest people at the Festival and the China was awesome. I think they were by the make your shortcake booth or something like that. Just a hint...it was packed. Way to go Rick and Susan!

A group of us came from the Orlando area and it was so good! The reviews were not even close to how wonderful and warm this Tea Room is! The food is Triple A plus! My Mother loved it so much and daughter thought they were a Princess. The Tiara was a perfect touch. We found Treasures in their vast Gift Store Too! The Strawberry Scones and Tea were the best ones I have ever had! Thanks for everything.

This Tea Room was so nice! My Daughter, her friends and my Mother just absolutely loved it and want to come back next week! We have been to quite a few tea rooms around here and out of State and this one surpasses all of them. The building makes it seem so authenic, from the castle doors, chandelier and winding staircase, all the attention to detail in everything!
The English Afternoon Tea was so elegant and plentiful, but most of all the food tasted better than anywhere else we have been! The scones just melt in your mouth and I am not just saying that! They were divine. The sandwiches great....the deserts so good...Strawberry SconeCake Tort...what could be better!
Your own Strawberry dazzling tea was brewed to perfection! I am very impressed and will drive 25 miles soon again to come back! by the way, your parking and being close to I-4 is so easy to get too!

This Tea Room is simply the best in the State! There is not one that comes close to Southern Belles. Other Tea Rooms may 'toot their own horns' a lot, but this tea room is the real deal and they care about their customers and provide the best service and food out there! To all the staff and owners of this Tea Room...it was so good and we enjoyed our Afternoon Tea so much! The food was very filling....sandwiches were delicious..the chedder cheese baguette with the jalapeno jelly was wonderful with the pecans, etc...but the scones were the best we had ever had...of all the teas we have had there and I think we have had them all..the Holiday Christmas Spice was great! Beautiful and welcoming - talking with the owner and her family was much like visiting with a friend in her home. Our group of four was offered the choice one tea from among four possibilities. The owner poured tea upon request brewing more after it ran out. The scones were excellent with cream and strawberry jam. Three small sandwiches each included melted cheese on melba toast, chicken salad on croissant, and cucumber. We asked for additional sandwiches and the owner was willing but reluctant to serve them assuring us that once we ate the scones we would be more than satisfied. There was a nice selection of sweets that we took home. Overall we would have preferred more sandwiches as we made the mistake of arriving hungrier than was probably appropriate for a tea. A pleasant experience which cost a bit less than $25 per person including the tip. It was fun to find such a nice tea room right in Plant City!

My maid of honor and I stopped by the tea room after a long week of trying on gowns and stressing over my wedding. I think for the first 10 minutes we both sat quietly. The whole tea room has a relaxing atmosphere and the decor is gorgeous. I think I found my new addiction.

This is our 3rd time coming to your tearoom with our family. We have the best time. We have a wonderful time of fellowship.The tea is excellent no matter which one we have chosen. The food was excellent and plenty for everyone. The thing that I enjoy the most is the way they make you feel at home. It is decorated so beautifully and at the end of our tea we put on the hats and take pictures of each other. I would recommend that you try it just onece and I would guarantee that you will be going back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful time today. We will see you next year at Thanksgiving!!

Southern Hospital and Elegance at its Finest! Just Beautiful! Came in and had Tea and visited the Gift Store after I saw their wonderful Christmas and Bethlehem Italian Village at the Red Rose Inn in Plant City. It was so elegant and showed what the real meaning of Christmas it. The store is lovely, staff excellent and food top notch! Can't wait to come back to shop again and have Tea!

We were at the tearoom last week and all we can say is what a great time we had for a girls day out! We were shopping and took home some beautiful gifts along with some Christmas items on sale! The afternoon tea was delicious and beautifully presented. The scones are out of this world. What a great place to spend your birthday or really anyday! The food is the best I have had at all the tea rooms in the area. Delicious, plentiful and reasonable for such an Elegant atmosphere and place! The Staff has a warm southern spirit, yet very professional. They are the real deal.

We all just had a wonderful time with our family, Mom and three generations. They were the perfect hosts and treated us like we were VIP's! The food was out of this world. Can't wait to go back just as soon as Mother is back in town!
