Food: Yesterday was my second visit to Simply Teavine and both times were just magnificent. We celebrated my grandmother's 90th birthday there last time with an afternoon tea in the Victorian Room and this time my mother, my sister and I sat down to lunch in the pub room to discuss plans for my wedding. The service was more formal during the afternoon tea. Lunch seemed more casual, yet still included proper tea service. The chicken salad is delicious. There is a signifigant variety of teas to choose from. My mother loves the Blackberry Cream. I have had the Blue Lady both times and have fallen in love with it. My sister had Avalanche Rooibos and really enjoyed it. Hopefully next time I will be advenurous and stray from the Blue Lady to try another selection. Although I might just end up having to get two pots. Thank you Dean and Peggy for such a wonderful experience. |

Food: My sister-in-law and I had a great time at your tearoom! You certainly have it together, we had the 'Erin's Traditional Tea'. Everything was exceptional, the tea, food, atmosphere and gracious southern hospitality. Of all the tearooms I've been to, this has been my favorite. Food: My husband and I went to Hattiesburg just to go to this tea room and we weren't disappointed! We were on a 3 week trip in the southeast. It was a breathtaking sight when the elevator doors opened and we saw how beautiful the tea room is. There is a large selection of teas and the blueberry scones were fantastic. It was so nice of Dean and Peggy to take the time to visit with us. The tea room was beautifully decorated for the holidays and had so many different areas in which to sit for tea. The gift shop was wonderful. It was a very special place to have tea. |
