Variety: Sorry but I am not a paid reviewer or a friend or the owner him/herself . So, here's the truth: starbucks has better tea. Plus this place is very dusty. |

Tearoom Response
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You must have had a very disappointing experience. Our policy is to remake a customers tea on the spot if they are not completely happy with it. Our stores are cleaned throughout each day and if there is anything that needs attention please do bring it to our attention. I hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you again and if you are not 100% delighted to immediately bring it to our attention in the store so that we can correct. |

Variety: I visited there on Saturday, March 14th while I was passing through Phoenix during a cross country trip. I was meeting up with a good friend who lives in Phoenix who was familiar with Souvia. The staff was so friendly and helpful as my friend and I were trying to decide among the various teas. It was a very comfortable place and very postive atmosphere to meet up with my friend and have an incredible conversation with her while enjoying very delicious tea. Visiting Souvia was definately one of the highlights of my cross country trip. |

Variety: would like to let you know that I have been traveling across the US for work over the last several months and along the way I have gone to other tea stores. None of them compare to yours! I enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable staff and the stimulating conversation. At many tea stores you place your order, give your name and they pass you your drink. No communication and certainly no transfer of knowledge (even when I ask questions regarding the tea). Thank you so much for the quality service and product! |

Variety: Souvia is an amazing place. I generally go there to do homework. I sip on some great tea and have one of their green tea chocalate bars. I highly recommend this place. |

Variety: This past Christmas I purchased several teapots to give as gifts (including one for my sweet mother-in-law to give to me!). I had come in to Souvia to look for a tea-mug-with-infuser and some tea to give to my sister as a 'personal size' tea gift. When I saw the little red I-pot with infuser, I fell in love with it, all prior mug ideas fell to the wayside, and I bought it on the spot (for my sister, of course, but there's more...). The next day, after coveting the gift I had just purchased for my sister, I decided to return to Souvia for my own! Being that I have a houseful of tea drinkers, I purchased the larger pot. I was then hit with idea that this little pot would also be the perfect gift for a tea-loving friend of mine, so of course I picked out one for her as well (a sweet lit... (more) |

Variety: I just wanted to thank you for the great package you sent me and my grandfather it really means a lot. In these hard economic times it is truly a treat to see a business take care of its customers the way you do. Your family and business has brought a special light to myself and family. The best parts of my week are spent in your tea shop and I have gained a lot of great memories there. Thank you for your hard work and for being so great. |

Variety: Me and my husband have been going to Souvia sense it opened, and even made our wedding favors from their tea. The staff is wonderful and so friendly you always feel like you are home. It's not 'just a tea room' it is an experience that will always put you in a wonderful mood. If you really want more then their wonderful tea try one of their pastries, always great :D A must go to tea store for any one!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Variety: Souvia is wonderful! I used to go to Starbucks and would find myself really distracted. I found Souvia through my friends and I have been going there ever since. I particularly like a nice fruit tea and some of the green tea chocolate. A perfect combination! |
