I visited your store on Tuesday 3/4 at 6:15 p.m. Although it was almost closing time, your staff person helped me choose some teas, gave me advice about brewing and was very gracious. I appreciated them taking the time for me and I will be back!

I was very pleased to find a local tea shop. I loved the personal attention I was given and the atmosphere. I went in with a list of teas and the gentlement just started filling my order plus letting me smell each one. My brother had gone with me and he was so impressed that he is wanting to get some teas. I left with a good feeling and I will be back.

I don't think there's a tea out there that Souvia doesn't have!! The Staff is amazing everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The Atmosphere is extremely relaxing and inviting. Weather your new to tea or a connaisseur , there isn't a better place for you to be!!!

I recently visited the Scottsdale and Phoenix Souvia shops and had a delightful and delicious experience at both. I also attended a Tea 101 class. I met fun people and loved the chance to taste so many different teas. Proprietor Bret Wingert is a great teacher. The class presented very interesting information that was delivered with verve and humor.
The Monthly tea letter is an excellent resource. I love this month's edition.

As a first time customer I went into Souvia not knowing much about loose teas. Claudia was extremely helpful and was very kind and patient. I found the prices of teas and tea products very reasonable and the variety was impressive.
