Invite your friends and family over and let Special Thymes Personal Chef Service create a beautiful Afternoon Tea Party for you in your home or garden. You don't have to worry about being restricted to certain times or certain days any more! Your wish is our command!
For your Afternoon Tea, Personal Chef Kathy Glenn, will prepare a beautiful selection of delicious tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones, homemade Devonshire cream, and decadent desserts. We bring all of the linens, china, silverware, serving pieces, tiers, and teas. All you have to provide is a kitchen, table, and chairs!
Special Thymes is equipped to accomodate parties of 6 (min) to over 50.

Food: I have been to many tea rooms and most are lovely, but for the Best Tea Party, Kathy is #1. In your own home with the aroma of her fresh bake scones (in your kitchen), nothing is better, her food choices and quantity are above the rest. |

Food: I hosted a 'Thank You' tea for the staff at my oncologist's office on my last day of chemotherapy. I wanted a 'High Tea' experience for my doctor, nurses and office employees as I felt they had probably never dined at any of our local tea rooms . . . and let's face it, a High Tea is very SPECIAL for such a Special Occasion! I asked Special Thymes to work up a menu for me, and they came up with the perfect pairing of traditional fare combined with 'pink breast cancer' themed tidbits. I was able to offer TWO different types of tea at my party (my selections, chosen from their vast tea listing). Special Thymes provided the linens (fancy table cloths for the buffet style tea and CLOTH napkins), the cups, saucers, plates, spoons, teapots, etc. (all china and silver), the delicious food o... Food: Thank you again for the fabulous Afternoon Tea/Luncheon you prepared for our group of 16 on March 14. I didn't think you could get any better than the previous Tea/Luncheon you had done for us. Everything was so beautifully presented. The food was pretty and delicious. Everyone commented on how nice it is to have such a satisfying luncheon. You certainly outdid yourself. The table linens, china and silver were lovely. The tables looked so pretty as everyone arrived. Two ladies noticed how quickly you handled the dishes and kitchen. Everything was put away and the kitchen cleared before our meeting was even over. Thank you for providing such a lovely atmosphere. I have already received a number of thank you notes complimenting the meeting, the wonderful lunch and simply a lovely afternoon. Please feel free to have prospective clients call me for a reference. I feel comfortable recommending you and the professional job you do. |
