Strawberries and Daydreams

My mother and sisters have been to the Tea Room twice last year. So last friday May 17th we took some friends for a 'Girls Night Out'.
We all had such a great time. The food was all so fresh and delicious. Regina had prepared so much, we were all quite full. There were 12 of us and we all had such a great time.
I'm sure we'll go back again.

I had my daughter's 10th birthday party at Strawberries and Daydreams last week. The girls all brought their American Girl dolls and Regina was wonderful in engaging the girls with her own knowledge about them. They were all able to 'dress up' in fancy hats and had a spectacular time.

Regina was a gracious hostess and the food was delicious. We all left stuffed full. I absolutely recommend this tea room.

Went to Linsey's bridal shower here today, it was really good! Regina and her niece were very friendly, and helpful. ALL of the food was amazing, The scones and the chicken salad were my favorites. The fruit was very fresh and the presentation was nice. I would recommend this tea.
I rated the variety as 'average' because we didn't get to see or sample all of the teas offered, that's the only reason for the average rate.

Strawberries and Daydreams was a very nice tea room.My sister in law (matron of honor) hosted my bridal shower there today and it was beautiful! Everyone loved the scones! The room was even decorated in our wedding colors.Regina was very sweet.I will definitely be back!

Was not what I expected. Tea presentation was brief. Scones were served on plastic plates.

I have been there and it was wonderful. I am planning a tea in July for some dear friends of mine. Thanks it was nice!!!!!!!

The owner was very loud and controlling. Was not the calm atmosphere I had expected to partake in. Very disappointed.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TEA HOUSE TO MY WORST ENEMY.
I scheduled my sister’s bridal shower at Strawberries and Daydreams so that everything would be taken care of and everyone from around the country could just show up. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. We paid hundreds of dollars to be yelled at and our guests were treated horribly!

Before the party Regina was very hard to get a hold of and kept referring to the bridal shower as a BABY shower. We arrived 15 minutes before the shower started and the owners acted like we were 2 hours early. I wasn’t allowed to put the small gift bags that contained candy for the guests on the table. One of the bridesmaids asked for a glass of water and they made her feel ashamed for asking.

REGINA arrived after several guests and im... (more)mediately started speaking to the guests rudely. She was informed beforehand that a few children would be attending. However, she would not allow the children to sit where they wanted. She made them sit next to each other in the back of the room. A couple of mothers had children under 12 months and were told by Regina that they were not allowed to hold them. She brought in disgusting wooden highchairs that were covered in food and made the mothers place the infants in them.

I was planning on making a short announcement at the beginning of the party to thank everyone for coming. That didn’t happen because Regina was acting psychotic and complaining loudly regarding our guests. The BRIDE ended up taking Regina outside to ask her calm down. Regina did not respond well and made the bride feel bad.

The family eats very healthy and we asked for cucumber sandwiches. They served turkey and chicken salad sandwiches. They did make one cucumber sandwich for the bride and she ended up splitting her sandwich 3 ways. No one at the bridal table ate the sandwiches that were provided, which means that 2 people didn’t get a piece of sandwich at all. The rest of the food wasn’t that much better. Some of the fruit was rotten and Regina demanded that everyone eat their chocolate cupcake.

After dessert, I did decide to make an announcement to thank the guests for attending and to tell everyone that the bride was going to open her gifts. Shortly after the bride started, Regina rudely interrupted and made HER announcement saying that her food presentation was over. She then proceeded to LOUDLY clean the tables while the bride was still trying to open her gifts.

After the party but still when guests were present, Regina took my mother to the side and LOUDLY discussed that the bride had taken her outside to talk. She started complaining to my mother regarding the event but mentioned that we didn’t have to pay if we weren’t satisfied. We were so irritated by that time that we just wanted to get out of there and say goodbye to the bride because she had to leave for the airport immediately. We paid the full amount but were completely dissatisfied with Regina’s attitude.

I recently attended a tea shower and thought the table settings were lovely, but found the owner to be extremely rude and loud. She became upset when a couple of guest brought their babies insisting that they not hold their babies on their laps but put them in high chairs. The owner was not very accomadating, and very bossy.She made the guest feel very unwelcomed.
If children are not welcomed, she needs to post that information on her website.
I would not recommend this tea room.

I attended a party at the teahouse and was shocked at the behavior of the owner and poor quality of the food. The owner was rude to the attendants of the party. She served rotting fruit and the cupcakes were very stale. The owner was very upset when two guests brought infants and made it well known to the guests. One of the guests asked for a box to take her sandwhich home. The owner brought out an empty trash bag box and offered it to the guest. I would never recommend going to this teahouse.

This was my first experience with a 'Tea Party', It was wonderful. Regina started the day out explaining what 'High Tea' was. The food was great, and there was a lot of it. My grandaughter (is a picky eater) loved just about everything that was served, and if she didn't Regina tried her darndest to come up with an alternative.

Regina's hospitality and the warmth and charm of the Tea Room is enchanting. I enjoyed the evening with lots of good food, good tea, and ambiance. I definitely recommend trying this place. You will love it.

My granddaughter and I visited Teatime for the first time last week and we had a wonderful time. The social gathering and tea exceeded my expectations and completely wowed my 8 year old granddaughter. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something new and creative with a wonderful social value to do with their children or grandchildren of all ages. We enjoyed our time at Teatime a great deal and look forward to visiting again sometime in the very near future.

Regina the owner was very accomadating, sweet dispositioned and I really loved it! It was my very first time ever going to some place like this so I didn't know what to expect. I'm a stay at home mom, so money is tight. The prices were SO reasonable! Regina was very accomadating to our large group-excellent service all the way! The food was good, the tea was hot and she had cupcakes that were the best! She even gave us her recepit for the soap she made. I loved it and will most certainly go back. Eventhough I live almost 2 hours away!

Regina is so friendly and quickly makes sure you are comfortable and well fed. Her lunch was the 'best' at unbelievable pricing! Easy parking in large lot just across the street. Great tea decor and nice setup. Fun for all ages.

I absolutely love Reginia'a tearoom. Her new location is just lovely. I have visited many times & have never been disappointed. Her food is always wonderful & her portions are large. I can't wait to go back.

This was my second visit to this tea room. I enjoyed itjust as much the second time. Regina was very nice and the tea and food was excellent. I travel from DC to visit family and always make a point to stop by with my mother so we can enjoy. Thanks Regina for giving my mother and I a great place to visit and and enjoy!

Just came from a great tea party. Atmosphere was quaint and fun. The little girls were enchanted. 'Best birthday party ever ' said my granddaughter . Plenty of food and variety. Hostess was talkative but kept the little girls engaged. Am planning another party soon.
