Swan House is one of my favorite tea rooms. The tea is properly prepared, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent.

I have been to this tea house several times over the years, the last time being mothers day weekend. I have never been disappointed. The quality of the tea, food, and service has always been excellent. They serve loose leaf tea that they also sell in their gift shop. A variety of sandwiches, savories, and sweets on a three tiered stand. You start off with a warm scone with cream and jam. It doesn't seem like that much food but I am always full at the end. Located in a lovely victorian brick house . The price is comparable to other tea houses I have been to.
