Tabitha's Tea

Highly recommended for special, intimate events. Our party of five celebrated our mother’s birthday in a lovely, simple room and enjoyed impeccable, friendly service from Lori. Her attentiveness and unflagging cheer made our day truly memorable. We never felt rushed as we savored a variety of teas, sampled the traditional (American) afternoon tea offerings, and celebrated all that we love in our mother. I appreciated that the (extraordinarily pink) walls are not covered with adorable clutter, that parking is ample, and that the tea room is open on Sundays. I would particularly commend the bread pudding squares and the blueberry white chocolate scones.

When I visit a tea room, I value an environment and service that creates “sacred space” – an experience that feeds my soul and body while I connect with those I love. I found that sacred space at Tabitha’s Tea. Well done.

I've been to Tabitha's twice now, and have had great experiences both times! My mom threw me a surprise birthday party here and it couldn't have been better. Great food, great atmosphere, and great customer service! While the other tea rooms wanted to charge $5 per person for extra half hour, Tabitha's said to stay as long as we wanted! Everything was perfect. Highly recommended! P.S. The smore's brownie bites are to die for!

Had tea here the other day. Food was excellent. Server was great. Loved it. Best scones I ever had, and I have been to plenty of tea rooms. Will definately be back.

My son and I have been to Tabitha's Tea numerous times over the past couple of months. The food and tea selection is delicious and I would highly recommend this place to visit. The owner and the entire staff are very pleasant to talk with and are very friendly. The quality of the food is excellant! My son is a very picky eater and continues to ask to go to Tabitha's to eat,,,,

I went to Tabitha's tea room on Wednesday for my birthday and had an excellent time. I told them it was my birthday, and they brought a red cupcake with a candle lit to my table after my afternoon tea, it was nice of them for doing that. I even got 10% off for checking in to the tea room with my cell phone. I've visited many tea rooms in the Brandon area, and this one didn't make me feel cluttered to be in. Nice environment, and it was in the shopping center of my favorite store, the Rolling Pin. I frequent there a lot, so I will return to Tabitha's soon! Look forward to coming back there!

My boyfriend planned a special afternoon tea for me as a surprise as I had been to a tearoom before and loved it. However, Do Not waste your money on this one. Everything went wrong! They have these cute name cards on the table when you make your reservation. The lady tried to sit us at the wrong table in the middle instead of the quaint table for two. I happened to look at the name card and told her that was not us. She finally listened. Then, it took an eternity for her to take our order. We both ordered hot tea with our selections. She spilled his all over his eating utensils and then set both pots down on the white table cloth leaving tea stains all over the table cloth. Then she put my pot atop of a warmer but told him that his should be alright since it had just been brewed. Soup was... (more) cold, shortbread is one of my favorite but I was not given any despite the fact that they had it and I asked for it. Most of what you pay for is the experience. We weren't treated well at all. Also, every 3 tier tray that came out had a lovely vase of flowers that sat atop the plate...except for ours, of course! Very disappointed!!!!!

My daughter and I had lunch here today and LOVED it! Very beautiful atmosphere and quality of food was excellent. I can't wait to return to this tea room.

So glad we followed the signs and found this charming new tea room with wonderful artisan sandwiches, scones and more. Extensive hot tea selection but due to intense June heat, we had delicious ice tea. We will be back, a lot!

I brought my girlfriend, who was in town from NJ, for lunch. We had the chicken salad sandwiches, chicken soup and the dessert platter. Everything was delicious. I will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

The sandwiches were de-lish! Especially the cinnamon swirl one! ♥

I was in this weekend with my friends for afternoon tea. Beautiful atmosphere. Food was great as was the service. Will definatley be back.

Went to Tabitha's for tea with my mom, sister, and niece to celebrate my birthday today! The owner, a former teacher, and her daughter were friendly and very accomodating. Definitely recommend getting the afternoon tea and tomato soup...it was wonderful! Hope that word catches on and that Tabitha's becomes a thriving, successful tearoom!
