Food: I LOVE to go for Tea. I've been to the Plaza in NYC and the Ritz in London and this food is the best. Incredibly friendly waitstaff and owner. Wonderful time. I'll go back again and again. |

Food: I remember this place as a great French restaurant. Now it's even better with new elegant design, a large tea selection and a variety of desert items. They also have breakfast and lunch food, and it's very tasty too: I had French onion soup with sandwich combo, and Kyoto Cherry Rose tea with raspberry crepes -- each of those tasted wonderful! |

Food: What a delightful place to enjoy a leisurely afternoon. Bright and cheerful decor that is not so over the top that you couldn't bring your beau. Nice selection of teas, beautifully plated food and a very relaxed atomoshphere made for a charming experience. My parents loved it! |
