I am a regular customer of Tea Anytime. I get there as often during the year as I can and typically bring someone with me who has never been. It is my favorite tea shop by far and that is why I chose to have my daughter's Bridal Tea there recently. Everything from the decor to the food to the service was exquisite! The staff is wonderful and I can't say enough about the delicious food, the beautiful presentation and the choice of teas. Having tea at Tea Anytime is one of the most enjoyable experiences you can treat yourself (and your friends) to! |

Food:  May be good for adults...i am not sure, but last summer, I brought my 2 12 year old granddaughters, and they were treated terribly rude! When I made the reservation, I specifically asked if they had attire for the girls to dress up in (as we had previously gone to a lovely place in Folsom, that unfortunately had to close) however, when we arrived and were sat, the girls were told they were too old to dress up. and were not allowed in the dress up area! When the girls were served, they took the flowers from the plate, and put them in their hair, and the owner told them that they were not allowed to do that...I found this pace to be too rigid for children, and I have to say the girls were more polite than the proprietor! We, and any one else I know will never return...I happened to be scouting this place because I belong to several Red Hat groups, and we were looking for somewhere to bring our granddaughters, children, etc....this is definitely NOT the place! |

Dear chickie: I am not sure that you have the right tea room. Tea Anytime does not have the facilities and, therefore, does not provide service for children under five. Food: I went in but didn't stay except to order tea to go since reception was very very unfriendly. It seems nice but to shop please be friendlier and make it seem that you enjoy serving customers. |

Food: Enchanting and cozy, tea is superb and the food is scrumptious. Probably the best scone I've ever had. Beautiful location and part of town, my only complaint is that for me to go it was like going over the mountains and through the woods to get there. |
