This had to be THE worst tea room I have ever been to. I went there for a baby shower and the service was HORRIBLE...let me repeat...HORRIBLE! I was expecting a cute and whimsical experience. I didn't get that. They had one waitress serving the drinks and food. There was NO tea selection. I believe they only offered three types of tea;the same kinds you can buy in the grocery store. The hot tea served tasted like dirty water and the finger sandwiches were less than desireable. The decor was cheap and far from fairytale, as I was expecting. The room we were stuffed into was tiny and tacky. Don't waste your money, unless you like non-existent service, delightfully crummy finger sandwiches and yummy canal water to drink.

I went with My Mother grandmaother nad friends, we waited forever for someone to even offer us drinks, or a menue, they had one waitress servinga room full of tabels and we were ignore most of the time. We finally got orderd and that took over 30 min to get as well, The lunch tea is not worth allk the tea in China but the quiche was good and chicken sald average but taste, Scones dry no flover or fruite and they don't even offer lemon cured. The deserts look good but three people orderthe high tea and theybrought a tray desserts of three ment for a tabel of 5, while they cleaned up we sta and waited to be served with a check. I use to be a chef at a tea room here in Fl and this was no comparison I could do better at my house it this place is not worth the price or ambiance. They have plastic chairs and broken ones as well. Don't wasteyour time or money. There is way better one in Parkland.

This used to be one of my favorite places to treat friends to a wonderful tea experience. It has atmosphere, good variety of menu w/delicious food. I say USED to be.
Went July 14,07. Under new owners. Don't let the picture mislead you. Not that decor at all. Though cute.. the table of non-tea related items for sale as you enter is a tacky distraction. The only offering a high tea locked into,no other choices. Limited tea selection, poor service, and just ok food. The wonderful tea and antigues related shop below.. has gone to the wayside to be replaced w/ trendy shabby sheek and boutique type offerings. A nice little area surrounding but the 'Tea at Lily's' experience is definately not what it used to be.
