Variety: Beautiful atmosphere. Very limited hours of operation.. Lots of wonderful loose teas. Purchase a bag of tea and buy a pretty teapot. The menu is bad and expensive. The quality of food that is offered is packaged grocery store items. The staff is friendly. If they changed their menu this would be a 5 star tea room. |

Variety: My mother in law and I came in last week while I was visiting Knoxville. We had an absolutely amazing time while we had high tea at the gallery. The food was amazing and the tea was to die for! I just can’t say enough about your venue…even the service was superb.I heard about your shop from my friend in San Diego. I’m moving to Knoxville in June and she said that Tea at the Gallery was a “must” while I was visiting! Thanks for a great time! |

Variety: This remains a sophisticated tearoom in knoxville. Food is average but the tea is always good. The only place in knoxville to buy good loose tea. We need to keep this tearoom in knoxville |

Variety: I am amazed that this tea room is still open, although the staff is friendly. The food served was maybe for children; a piece of american cheese on bread, a chicken salad that was hard to distinguish that it had chicken in it and something fluffy like whipped cream cheese. The scones were nothing more than a packaged biscuit. The desert was a slice of store bought pound cake with a SaraLee cookie on top. Very poor menu! The tea offered was even more disapointing. You can buy loose leaf teas, which looked wonderful, but when they bring you your pot of tea it is not loose leaf but the dreges in a tea bag!!!! I can go to the grocery store and buy them there. This is a very sloppy example for a tea room. |
