Food:  Tea Lady has moved. I went in the new location to buy a teapot and was delighted to find the service much, much better than I had experienced before. This is a tea store, the cafe is not a focus. They use airpots for tea! Yikes. I believe you can get them to make you fresh, but really, tea that's been sitting in vacuum jug and then is served in a paper cup-well as I say the cafe is not a focus here.Lots and lots of teas for sale, and pots in a range of sizes, shapes and types; the new location is larger and looks like they will be carrying decor items as well. In sum-my past experiences with service here were not good but I had a very helpful clerk last week in the new location-so things are looking up! |

Food: Hearing about this shop which has been around for awhile, I decided I had to Check it out. Mistake. I purchased a Tea that was not cheap, and came home to find it had expired over 1 month before. I feel with so many teas, freshness might not be a priority, Also, just asking a few questions, I got back answers that I feel I had to drag out of them, and even then I felt I had irritated her to have asked such a question. |
