Tea Madame is a fantastic little shop within Windmill Gardens in Sumner. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The teas are sold in bulk and available for smelling, unlike many tea stores which only sell sealed bags of loose leaf tea. Prices are reasonable and there are good discounts available if you bring in a tin from the shop or if you attend one of their monthly tea classes. They also sell tea accessories, teapots, tea cups, soy candles, honey, jewelry and truffles. My favorite tea shop in the South Sound by far. :)
