Tea with an Accent

We had my daughter's bridal shower at your tea room on August 22, 2010 and I could not have been happier.

The attention detail, delicious food, and the overall ambience is second to none. I had several people come up to me when the shower was over to say that this was by far the nicest bridal shower they had ever been too. One of the guests had a health request and it was taken care of by you and your staff with no problem. I will recommend Tea with an Accent to anyone who asks me.

Shari, you should be very proud of your tea room and also your staff. They were an absolute delight and I enjoyed working with you too.

I was invited to a baby shower to this wonderful tearoom this past weekend and it was a lovely experience. The food was delicious, especially the scones and the teas were superb. Their house tea - Lily's Delight is the best tea that I have ever had.

The attention to detail was amazing and the servers were so pleasant and mindful of your needs. The owner Shari is one of the
most delightful people I have met in a long time. I am allergic to gluten and she was not told about my food requirements beforehand. This did not seem to make a difference however, because before you knew it I had a delicious meal in front of me.

Thank you for accommodating me even though I know it had to be difficult as the menu had been planned ahead of time.

I will definately be returning here for lunch.

Just a wonderful place to go. Everything was perfect from the tea and food to the ambience and service. Definately a return visit is in the cards for me.

Recently had a bridal shower and everything went so smooth that I cannot wait to have my other daughter's baby shower here in the fall.

The attention to detail is amazing as well as the food, tea and service. Better than my tea at Harrod's last year.

I took my Irish friend here for lunch. It was delightful. The atmosphere is so soothing. I was happy to see all the choices of tea. The owner Shari talked me into having one of their own blends. What a good idea this was. I chose Lily's Delight. Just wonderful. The best tea I have ever had. The food is delicious. Especially the Chicken Salad Coissant. They make their own chicken salad. Of course in ending this review, I have to tell you about the scones. I have had tea in many places all over the world, and these are the best scones I have ever had. That day we sampled the cinnamon chip. Just wonderful. Thank you for making my outing such a success for me and my friend. Will definitely return.

Had an event here. Absolutely perfect. Every detail was thought out. The food was delicious and the tea, especially one of their house teas called Simply Sarah was amazing.

Took my wife for Mother's Day last year. The whole experience was truly great. As aguy I didn't feel completely out of place which was my fear. The food was to die for and the service was excellent. Not a tea guy but did enjoy the tea's that were offered. We're going again this Mother's Day. This is a sure winner when your trying to find the perfect place to take your
wife or girlfriend. She'll love it
and think your brillant. It's not often us guys get to say that!

It appears that I am giving my comments about the same shower. I was a guest on Saturday and cannot say enough about the experience. The food was wonderful and the house teas even better. I am not a tea drinker, but actually left Tea with an Accent with two of their house teas. Thank you for a great day.

Wonderful place for afternoon tea. Service and ambience as well as food just a delightful combination. The owner makes all her own food as well as creating certain tea blends. A definate place to return.

Tea with an accent provided offsite catering for us. It was perfect. The sandwiches and desserts were just as they were when I went for lunch one day. The scones were delicious as was the tea. We all loved Lily's Delight iced as well as one of their new teas called Chantilly Lace. My friends all wantf Shari to cater their future events.

I just had a bridal shower here and my friends are still talking about it. Shari and her staff make you feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Her scones are the best I have ever had and her house teas,especially Lily's Delight are just perfect.

My friend and I went for Afternoon Tea to this tearoom and it was delightful. I loved the decor (currently decorated for the spring). You are made to feel welcome the instant you enter. The food was wonderful, my favorite being the soup and scones. I have to say I have never tasted such delicious scones ever. The desserts are perfect to look at and taste just as great. The owner Shari is a wonderful host. My favorite tea was Simply Sarah-a tea she named after her daughter. We enjoyed ourselves so much we made reservations for Mother's Day. Thank you Shari for a delightful afternoon.

My friend and I really enjoyed our experience here. We have been visiting tea houses for the fun and experience and this by far is our favorite. Not only is the food delicious and served on beautiful china but you get a lesson in teas from Shari the owner. She was delightful and full of knowledge! The tea was amazing and unique in flavor and something that Shari had concocted from scratch. The loose tea assortment is avaliable for sale in the gift shop. The room is cheerful and beautifully decorated for the season. You are made to feel at home the minute you walk in the door. This is a feel good place. You will leave with a big smile on your face. It was well worth the 1 hour drive!

Thanks to Shari and all the girls for another wonderful day. I'm becoming quite a regular at TwaA and highly recommend that everyone try it at least once (if you go more than that, I won't be able to get reservations anymore, lol!)

Yesterday I hosted a tea party for my daughter's 21st Birthday at Tea with an Accent and as always, it was a memorable experience.

Shari and her girls, in adorable black and white aprons complete with their names embroidered on them, were attentive and accomodating as they served my guests. The food was perfection as always from the creamy tomato soup to the warm cinnamon scones to the beautiful and delicious desserts.

I love the new tea wall where you can smell the varieties before you choose one to purchase to take home (which I ... (more)always do...and yesterday was no exception.) The signature tea Lily's Delight is amazing, and the new blend Jasnilla is wonderful...I'm drinking a cup now!

Whether you go just for yourself or a friend as a treat, or host an occasion, Tea with an Accent is always a delight!

We have gone a number of times to this wonderful tearoom. The owner Shari makes you feel at home in this delightful tearoom. She blends her own teas and they are wonderful. My favorite are Mothers Bouquet and Simply Sarah. The owner makes everything and her deserts are wonderful. The chicken salad is my favorite as well as the cheddar vegetable soup.

I have been to many tearooms and this is my favorite. If you are having a bad day, this is the place to go. You will leave feeling great.

My daughter has taken me to this Tea House for the past two years now, once for Mothers Day and once for my birthday. I must say it is my favorite that I have been at so far. We will be returning!

Went to lunch here today for the first time. My friends and I had a wonderful lunch. We chose the full afternoon tea. What a treat . Sandwiches made to perfection, best scones I have ever tasted, and a delightful array of desserts. Our host the owner Shari makes you feel at home and makes all the food herself. I tried the house tea Lilys Delight and have to say it is one of the best teas I have tasted in a long time. We will definately be back!

This was a bridal tea for my stepdaughter -- it couldn't have been any nicer. Not only were my friends and family pleased, her family was as impressed as I was. Thank you Sheri and staff.

I went here for lunch as well as having a birthday party at Tea with an Accent. Everything was delightful. Shari's chicken salad is wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed the orange cranberry scones as well as the house tea called 'Lily's Delight'.

I have made a reservation for the British Holiday Tea. I went last year and cannot wait for this wonderful treat again this year. Not only do I love the food, but the company of the owner, Shari. She makes you feel as though you are a guest in her home.

We had tea at this delightful tearoom this past weekend. I would have to give it an A+. One of the best tearooms in the area. The sandwiches were perfectly cut and delicious. The scones were light and had cinnamon chips in them and the desserts were wonderful. Especially the pumpkin cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting. I just loved their Lily's Delight. This is their house tea and has been designed by the owner Shari. She makes you feel welcome and her presentation is impeccable.
