One of my favorite lunch spots relatively near the Mall. It's great to be able to order good bento with tea that is not just Japanese green (although that's good, too). The portions -- tea and food -- are generous for the prices, and while it can be difficult to find seating during certain hours, the staff and patrons are generally relaxed and able to fit you in.

This Teaism is good, though not as artsy or homey as the one in Dupont Circle. Same great food/tea, different appetizer. They do, however, serve beer!
