TLC is an eclectic place for a spot of tea... set in a 1928 cottage, filled with artwork, surrounded with love and learning (a tutoring center as well), and serves as an internet cafe' as well. Anytime is a good time for tea at TLC. Surprise morsels are always available and full teas are held once a month (or seasonally).

We happened upon the Teatime Learning Cafe (TLC) towards the end of a hot afternoon in September. Angela was tutoring in the front room but warmly welcomed us to follow her into the cool dining area where she served us saffron tea with an option of ugave (?) sweetener -- quite special for us,two weary travelers having driven from Canada. We needed to use the internet and benefited so much from the information and inspiration Angela and the tea room (there are quilts!) offered.
