Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: I went for the first time today; had lunch and iced jasmine green tea. I like the place and think it's a great concept; however it needs some subtle tweaking. The decor is serene, cool, peaceful, mod, and soothing, but the sofas are FILTHLY with stains and it grossed me out to sit on them. Also, as a first-timer (and even on my 20th vist if there is one) I would like a board posted to guide me through what is offered for what price (ala Starbuck's). It's all a bit overwhelming and I felt lost at first. The young man at the counter was UBER-helpful and friendly, and he offered some suggestions, but then I felt limited to ordering something he mentioned since I didn't know about anything else. I'd rather take my time to sort through the options on my own, get a feel for how things wor... (more)k, and then ask questions. I ordered a sandwhich, which was good, but I had to eat it on white bread b/c I don't like rye and they don't offer a whole wheat option, even though they claim to be all about health...who eats white bread in 2008? I noticed lots of folks ordering bubble tea drinks after we were served, and those look good. I'll ask about them the next time I'm in (and I'll sit at the bar, not on a grimy sofa). Overall it was a fairly nice experience. Food is a little pricy for the tiny portions offered. 3/5 rating.
