I have been going here for years. It is a tea and coffee experience that few places have. The food preparation is a nice 'drop in' selection, not a place where reservation are needed (thank you)
There are hundreds of teas, hot water to brew a bag and nice sandwiches and sweets. Need help with a flavor you are looking for, just ask at the counter and they will get you a tea person to assist you in finding the right blend for your pallet. I take everyone there for the experience of coffee (wonderful) and tea under one roof with all the accouterments for both.
Don't miss an opportunity to sample the original cookie of Baltimore, Berger cookies for that sweet tooth.
It is not your traditional tea house but more like a place to meet a friend for a comfy casual tea. You can sit at the table drinking our choice of tea while allowing your eyes to meander through the countless shelves of teas from all over the world. Definitely one of my all time favorite places.

Anyone in retail knows that service is the only thing that matters. You do what you can for your customers. Without customers, especially ones who drive an hour for their product,they would be out of business

Excellent variety & quality. To the moron who complained about arriving late and not being let in...this is why stores advertise their operating hours...next time get there before they close.
