I've been going to the British Pantry for years, the food is excellent (especially fish-n-chips) and the waitresses have been there forever. They are brisker than American staff but I find them pleasant and helpful.

The high tea is nice but lacking in savory sandwiches (they just do cucumber sandwiches). However the baked treats and fruit pies make up for it! The tea is always hot and the food tasty and filling.
