Overview
The casual cup offers informal tea service and a full luncheon cafe style menu. We offer two seating areas which will comfortably accomodate private parties of 10 or more. Our 4-course casual comfort tea provides you with a full tea experience, or you may order a la carte from our menu if a lighter meal is preferred. All of our soups, salads, scones, lemon curd, and other garnishes are homemade and prepared on the premises.

A diverse selection of black, green, herbal, flowering art, and decaffienated teas are served and available for purchase by the ounce.
There are a variety of tea related gift items as well as gift certificates available for purchase. We have recently welcomed Sweet Stuff, etc. to the casual cup. Cookie and cake designer Marta Markline will be selling prebaked decorated cookies and other goodies; as well as decorating tools and supplies. Instructional classes will begin in September 08.
Located in Jacksonville, Maryland we are conveniently accessible from I-695 or I-83.

Food: I love this teahouse!! The food is delicious...absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is delightfully calming and comfortable. The owner goes out of her way to greet guests and see to it that the service is impeccable. It is a must visit...for a quiet time alone with a good book, an afternoon with girlfriends, a bridal shower. I love The Casual Cup! |

Food: My mom and I took my 5 year old daughter for her 5th birthday and everything was great. The service was very friendly and even though they were shorthanded, everything was handled very well. They were very sweet to my daughter and the food was great. We both loved the scones. Planning to go back very soon. |

Food: Two of us stopped in without reservations, and were treated to a really great experience with great tea, excellent food and nice service. It is a very small spot, though, so the next time we will make reservations to be sure to be seated. We will definitely go back again |
