Not my kind of tea service and a little pricey as far as tea goes. It's literally unbelievable that all of these reviews are 5 stars.

The delightful calming music is playing when you arrive. So quaint and victorian. Ambiance is magnificant, the food delicious and The Queen's tea divine!

This was my first tea time experience at The GGS Hat and Gloves Tea Room. I loved the lemon curd and lemon ginger scones! We enjoyed trying on hats and the wonderful atmosphere to sit, laugh, and visit. I'm planning a trip to take my daughter and granddaughter back in the summer. Joan

My girls and I had a beutiful experience at the GGS tea rooom.Geri educated us on tea, relaxing, and delicious food. The tea was like a garden party in my mouth! I would do it again so my girls can have good memories of how fun tea time is. GGS definately provides that. Thanks GGS!

This was my second time at The GGS Hat & Gloves Tea Room and I thoroughly enjoyed myself again. This time I bought friends and they were in awe at the beautiful, serene country setting. Geri the host, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and most of all delightful. The food is absolutely delicious, you must try the quiche. The menu included, appetizer, light meal, dessert plus dark chocolates and strawberries, well worth the money. The Queen's tea is a must!! The table setting was exquisite and Geri explains the art work in the tea room while you eat. Geri also supplies beautiful hat and gloves. The atmosphere is formal with beautiful music playing in the background. Great afternoon. I am planning to return soon.

I have had the opportunity on two occasions to enjoy the pure pleasure of what a real High English Tea is. Never having done this before I was truly impressed with everything that took place. From the welcome greeting to being seated at a elegant table setting of bone china, with delectable food. During our visit we were taught how to really enjoy tea by slowly sipping it, along with good conversation, in between bites of finely prepared dishes that left one completely satisfied. My best friend and a friend/co-worker of mine had a very enjoyable day at Geri & Gil's tea room. It was wonderful to be treated like royalty and to learn things about a high tea that I never even knew. It was a fun day to share with friends and we will again patronize your beautiful tea room Geri. It was great to get together and the time just flew by, tasting and enjoying all the food and the wonderful tea. I've had several cups as I enjoyed it fully. My best friend, Sue did nothing but tell me on the way home, just how much she enjoyed the tea and how sweet and friendly of a hostess you were. She had a great time as well. We'll be back!..... I didn't know what to expect being my first tea room experience, but this was so beautiful and a great thing to get together with a few good friends and do! The room was set up so beautifully and Geri the tea lady was a great host! Food was amazing!!

I've been to many tea rooms, but none compare to the charm of the house and the elegance of the hostess. It is like having a tea party in the privacy of your own home. No hustle or bustle, just sit back, enjoy and be pampered

Not what I expected at all. This isn't a tea room, this is someone's dining room. No choice of tea or food. You get what you are served and that's it. Very little time to visit with your friends, which is why we go to tea in the first place. I've been to at least four other tea rooms in the county/region. Also, the highest priced tea I've ever paid for. VERY disappointed.

I had a wonderful time with Geri 'the tea lady' and my bridesmaids at my bridal tea party. Great tea and great food!

The tea and the dessert was amazing. The room has a very victorian feel. Geri the tea lady is very friendly and the service is wonderful. The history of the paintings in the room are interesting... When you go, make sure you ask about them. I had a great time!!! Thank you Geri. :-)

From the moment my friend, Marcia, and I met Geri, the Tea Lady, we felt the warmth and fun our tea time would become. We wore our special tea hat and gloves and learned how to properly stir our delicious 'The Queens Tea'. Every meal course from the homemade scones and jam to the delightful strawberry cupcake was delicious. We enjoyed Geri's storytelling about the history of the decor displayed in her house. Geri is a gracious hostess and Tea Lady and would recommend GGS Hat & Gloves Tea Room to everyone who wants to feel like you are living in that moment and time.
