I haven't purchased prepared tea from Michelle, but this was the place I went when I was looking to enjoy tea that didn't come from the supermarket for the first time. Michelle pointed me in the right direction and made a few recommendations. She wasn't at all pushy nor did she try to sell me anything I didn't first express an interest in. When I chose one of her more expensive teas to purchase, she actually suggested I start with a smaller size to try it out. I'll definitely be visiting regularly.

I live in the Albany area and discovered this placeby accident while visiting 'At the Warehouse'. It's a very small place with an Asian decor. There is a small sitting area inside for 2, and a table outside seating 4. what got me coming back was the bubble tea they serve- not the powdered mixes usually found in bubble tea places. At home I've been drinking 'gourmet' for years that I have purchased at various places. here they have about 60 varieties. Noteable is a flavored green tea thy have called 'Tropical Fantasy' which I was told is their own blend, and I believe it can't be found anywhere else. It's delicious. Not even a hint of bitterness that green teas can sometimes have. Also excellent is a black tea called Yummy Biscotti' which actually tastes like a 'liquid biscotti' in a way. T... (more)

the good leaf is an interesting tea shop. when i walked into the location, which is little more then a warehouse with some tables set up, i had some trouble finding the tea shop. when a boy gave me a sample, however, and he pointed out the shop as per request, i was amazed. despite the fact that there are only 40 or so teas, there was just about any tea i could want, and some i didnt know about. being an avid tea drinker, i loved the place. the tea was delicious, and the woman who worked there even tought me a thing or two without droning on. my only problem was the food. while it was good, the green tea cookies did not taste like green tea. i am from Colorado, and wont be able to go back there, i would reccomend it.
