The Good Leaf Gourmet Tea Company is Albany's only independent teahouse and gourmet tea boutique. Featuring over 85 varieties of gourmet loose leaf tea, hot or iced tea to stay or go, specialty tea drinks, bubble tea, and yerba mate. We offer a tranquil atmosphere designed to provide an urban oasis in the city of Albany.
We sell all our tea loose and offer a small selection of attractive and practical teaware. Gift packages are available for all occasions.

Food: I have not yet tried any of the baked goods they offer here (mostly cookies), but so far I have been very pleased with their excellent service. Their staff are very cheery and easy to talk to and ask questions of. Very cozy little place, and I look forward to finding them at the Tulip Festival tomorrow. My only criticism is that their bubble tea and matcha latte are not the best I've ever had, but that's hardly a complaint. |

Food: I got a pot of tea and a cookie yesterday and was greeted with fine tea at a good price, a moist and delicious cookie, and a relaxed atmosphere. My son got a bubble tea and is now begging me to take him back for the best 'bubbuh tea'. |

So far, I've only been there to get a couple of cups of tea and they're wonderful. The only thing I missed was food (I spoke to the owner and she's changing from doing her own baking/cooking to getting food brought in). So far she only has cookies, but they're *excellent* (particularly the cinnamon bun cookies). |
