Food:  I went for afternoon tea with some friends, we were very sad to see that the painted lady is more of a bar setting now, no gift shop upstairs but there is are t.v.s and a pool table! Yuck! And out tea pots had lids on them that didn't fit and fell off when we tried to pour. Wow what a difference an owner change can make, they did tell us that they were not focusing on the TEAROOM aspect any more, they were focusing on brunch, lunch, dinner and after dinner. Oh well we have crossed that off of our tearoom finds. |

Food: I went in Fall '08, and was rather disappointed. The server mistook my friend and I as a lesbian couple, and subsequent service was sub par. Rather sad tea also. |
