Food: I'm not a tea aficionado however my hot chai with whipped cream was quite excellent. Food, ambience, and service was also outstanding (this doesn't mean fast). The experience was more like a cafe in Florence or Rome than Quincy, Il. Also lots of other 'old world' cafes and architecture to enjoy. Don't rush.....relax....taste... |
