Variety: Went to the Ruby Rose Tearoom this week and what a wonderful surprise. I was just blowed away to see such a beautiful place in this quaint little town. There were so much to look at and ooohhh and aaahhh over. We had the Mandrian Orange salad and we all loved it especially the ginger dressing they make. We also had the Creamy Brocc. and Cheese soup and I have to say it was some of the best I have ever had. We were fortunate to meet and talk with the owner Lisa about the house. I must say I enjoyed talking with her as much as I enjoyed my meal, she has such a great sense of southern hospitality. She is Stoneville's own Paula Dean. We loved everything about our visit. The one thing that we took notice of is how she took the time to talk with large group of senior citizens who seemed to be having the time of their lives. We wish you much success Lisa and god bless you and your staff who also does a wonderful job. we will see you soon. Martha Cartwell |

Variety: The house is lovely, with many types of teas,Strawberry and others that I do not know the name of. They have bagged as well as loose teas, served in lovely pots with antique and vintage cups. The house is a beautifully decorated 100 year old Victorian with a friendly owner and good old southern charm... |

Variety: It was a real treat to bring my family & friends on Thursday, 8/22/08, to experience your lovely new Tea Room. I was so very impressed by all of the designs (by Priscilla Bunn)that made the house such a beautiful and delightful setting for a delicious lunch! It was so courteous of the ladies to come from the kitchen and introduce themselves and our waitress (her first day) was very accomodating and friendly. I was so impressed about my surroundings that I did not ask about the assortment of teas available, thus I can't honestly rate them on their variety. I enjoyed the cucumber sandwich, fruit cup, sweet tea and best banana pudding I've ever had! |

Variety: I had lunch today (8/13) with a friend. Enjoyed everything! The Basil Chichen Salad was really good. I've never had mustard in chicken salad, but it was great. The service the cheerful. But by far, my favorite part was the Banana Pudding. Bob Garner's has said that Fuzzy's in Madison has the best Banana Pudding. He really needs to check it out at The Ruby Rose Tea Room. I hope that this business does AWESOME. |
