The Talking Teacup is located in a beautifully restored 250 year old Farm House. We offer a full service Tea Room and Gift Shoppe in a county comfortable historic home setting. For a little respite from the everyday hustle and bustle stop by The Talking Teacup. Sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious home made breakfast, lunch or snack and of course a wonderful pot of the best tea is brewing, just for you! Outside seating is available, weather permitting, in our beautiful Tea Garden. We also have ample room to host private parties.

Food:  Delicious scones and tea sandwiches (although a bit skimpy on the fillings). Not very attentive for a nice afternoon out. Desserts seem to be always the same, a teapot shaped sugar cookie, brownie, and a not so good tasting square piece of layer cake (almost taste like supermarket cake). Some people get tea cozy on their teapot, while others don't......so tea gets cold quick as the place is cold to begin with. |

Food: On behalf of myself and 3 friends, we want to Thank you for such an enjoyable afternoon. We couldn't stop talking about the delicious tea sandwiches, out of this world Tomato Bisque soup, and wonderful tea and dessert. Our server did an excellent job sharing her tea knowledge with us. Kathy the owner was very welcoming and enjoyable to talk to. Our Red Hat chapter has visited many tearooms but yours is the best so far. We're looking forward to many more visits. |
