I found the owner to be very informed on tea and service. The tea variations (cream, afternoon, high) were reminiscent of the finest teas I enjoyed in London. The small biscuit scones were just like those I loved in Europe.

No music, small room with 4 tables. I ask for High Tea they served afternoon tea...hard bread on sandwiches..no scones were served but 2 mini biscuits.
