Food: I took my mom here for Mothers Day the Friday before. We drove from Columbia, SC and although I was not sure what to expect, I had a really good feeling. My mom loves tea and had not been to a tea room in years. I wanted it to be perfect. And let me tell you, This Whole House exceeded perfection! It was acommadating, personable and the staff was super duper friendly. You really do leave here feeling like family! The food and tea selection were superb and I loved the small dining area for that homey feeling. My mom felt like she was treated like a queen and she truely enjoyed herself. Thank you guys for making it awesome and helping me with a perfect Mother's Day gift. We will be back for sure! |

Food: As a gluten free vegan, I tend to shy away from tea rooms. Imagine my delight when dining at This Whole House to find that they made the most amazing, delicious foods to accommodate my diet. I can't say enough wonderful things about this charming tea room!! |

Food: I host my best friend's baby shower at This Whole House last Saturday. We had a great experience. The service was excellent not only on the day of the event, but the staff was very helpful with the planning as well. We had a beautiful lunch with a hot tea service afterward. I would highly recommend this place as a choice for any type of luncheon. |

Food: What a delightful tea room! Visiting the area, I discovered this place here on TeaMap. I can see why it's rated #1 in South Carolina. The proprietor was lovely. I was happy for the opportunity to chat with her and her family. The food was delicious and plentiful. The tomato-bacon quiche was a highlight... fantastic! They were very accommodating and kind to my busy five year old. Highly recommend this place and will look forward to our next visit! |

Food: I visited this tea house over Thanksgiving with my mom, aunt, and sister. We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed the history of the house. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner :-) If we ever get to take another day trip to the area we will definitely be back! |

Food: I was recently in the Charleston area with a friend on an annual Roommate Reunion trip. We try to visit a tea room on each trip and we chose This Whole House. I am very grateful for that choice. If you visit, I heartily recommend the fruit-infused iced tea. It is perhaps the most refreshing beverage I have ever had. We enjoyed our meal so much the first time we went, we returned for a second time before we left. I recommend the soup! Our first visit the soup was tomato and the second visit it was chicken vegetable. Delicious! Also, the assorted fruit served with your meal is amazing. We counted eleven (11) different fruits--all quite delicious. The service was friendly and added to a wonderful relaxing experience. I wish it was located closer to Iowa. |

Food: I visited This Whole House with a group of seniors today, and it was a delightful experience! The owner was very sweet & patient with our large group, and the food was delicious. I ordered the Tropical Chicken Salad,which had the most scrumptious combination of salty & sweet flavors & plump raisins, and the cinnamon clove tea was delicious! I will definitely return (with my family next time) to experience the Sunday brunch. Thank you for your hospitality! |
