I went for high tea and there was one employee who was very unexperienced and unprofessional. She really brought down whaat would have been a nice experience. The food was great and tea was good. this is a very casual place to have tea. Dont go expecting much service or formality.

I've reviewed this place before, but now that I am a regular here I thought I'd expand a bit. The variety of loose tea is draw dropping & ever evolving. The knowledge of the staff (Wayne) is mind blowing. I've thoroughly enjoyed their homemade soups and fresh breads. The highlight for me is the incredible ambiance. Settling into a couch with a pot of white tip oolong and a good book is perfection. Come with a friend or group, sample some teas and share a wonderful time just catching up. The hustle & bustle you feel at coffee chain stores in inexistent here. In one word - Comfortable.

A friend and I tried this tea shop/room after my daughter noticed that they did teas. The food was absolutely wonderful and not heavily laden with sweets. It was fun to be seated near the entrance and have people oohing and aahing over our tea. I would bet we got some of them thinking about coming back for a special tea. They also sell quite a variety of teas by the ounce.

Excellent Referals for a would be tea drinker. My husband 'hates tea' and due to his diabetes has decided to aquire the taste. These folks have been amazing the handful of times we've been in to buy samples of more than a dozen teas and I think 3 have missed the mark, an amazing success rate for the 'tea hater'. THANK YOU
