A very nice teahouse. My wife and I had a wonderful time. It is nice to find a new place in Boulder City to eat and relax. We are looking forward to visiting them soon.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! A hike from Las Vegas - but OH SO WORTH THE TRIP!!! I was greeted by first name and and added 'from Florida, right?' This made me feel as though my visit was expected and welcomed! My table was set right at entry and ready for me. What I enjoyed most was the Victorian 2 seater 'seatee' and personalized service. My meal was excellent - the scone fresh, crunchy and soft all at the same time. A shocker - ACTUAL DEVON CREAM from Devonshire, England! YESSS! (I saw the jars, which are available for sale). The tea variety is one of the best i have seen, inclusive of the portable to go packets. Loose leaf in to go bags- yes!! The history is fantastic and locals stop in amidst its glory. I hear special orders and requests being taken with joy! Can I stay here??? (I ... (more)wondered). I was given a tour and the home's history, and although fairly new ownership - homework has been done - a tearoom experience to not be missed. I was even lucky enough to witness a local bringing in heirloom teacups as a donation to the tearoom. (Not a rarety from locals here, from what I was told) Total local pride! Set at the foot and entry of Hoover Dam - a perfect spot before or after the tourist thing. Reservations a must if on a weekend. No rushing felt of any kind and endless teapots offered during my visit! I could not resist the shopping and could not ignore the huge Boulder brownies on display! Wow! A definite return.

I live in New Mexico and visit my parents in Boulder City. Treasured Times is an oasis and I treasure the time I spend there. Last week I flew home with almost three dozen lavender shortbread and orange shortbread cookies (all they had on hand!), which I gave to friends...the Boulder Brownie didn't even make it to my motel room!
