How lovely to find this gem away from the chaos of the strip. Living on the east coast, I am spoiled with high quality cream teas. I had a excellent tea with my local friend who suggested we make time to visit Two Sisters. Lovely! A high point of my visit to Vegas.

My experience at the Two Sisters was lovely. I love the family influence, the charm and how you automatically feel like park of the family. Finding this gem among all the thousand of chain restaurants in Las Vegas gave me hope for this city of sin. The food was fun and delicious; the service was unpretentious and welcoming.

I have been to many tea rooms, throughout the U.S, Europe, and Canada. My experience at The Two Sisters, was horrible. My sister and I called ahead, when we arrived we were the only ones in the shop. We waited several minutes before someone emerged from watching T.V. and seemed inconvenienced that we were there. She gave us a menu, and waited impatiently for us to order. The tea was not brewed properly, and the food was disgusting. A child could have prepared a better tea time meal. While we were trying to make the best of the situation, the T.V was turned at an obnoxious volume, and the two sisters started to argue. My sister and I now joke about the nightmare of The Two Sisters. My advice, don't waste your time and money on this poor excuse for tea.

I really enjoyed all the dollies placed around my teapot, including the one at spout to contain drips. Had not seen this before and I frequent tearooms often. Do NOTE, lunch specials include a small teapot enough for 2 cups of tea. If you enjoy your tea - you must 'upgrade' your teapot to 4 cups plus and do pay extra. I found my food to be very fresh and my bread to be soft. The salad was very tasty and the scone was blueberry. They did have 2 other options (I found out upon check out). Their version of 'devon' cream is more of a whip - which was fine for me, and served with berry preserves. Fresh fruit was also served and a few other savories. Overall, I am pleased I visited, and found the location easy to find, and interior rather smaller, yet quaint. Do be prepared to sit at smaller 2 t... (more)op table if party of one (even if place is empty). I asked, and was told they needed to have available in case a larger party showed. I guess this would be one of the challenges of a smaller place. Neat shop and just enough trinkets, magazines, and gifts for the tea lovers, although not the largest variety. I would return.

The decor was tacky, floral, frilly and way too over the top, it was set INSIDE a gift shop, which was small and cramp. Basically it was eccentric looking and small.
The site recommended making reservations which I had, but now that I was here, I didn't feel like I had set anything. The person seating us was blaise about our arrival, didn't acknowledge us at the beginning; she now asked if were with any party...nope.
We were then told that we could only stay for 30 mins!
My husband was getting antsy and wanted to leave, but I had driven a good 45 mins to get here and wouldn't be persuaded out of my craving for tea time! I had put aside the look of the place, the rude service and I just wanted the menu.
Their menu was long and mouthwatering, along with the classic ... (more)cakes they also had cream teas! I was very excited about getting some genuine clotted cream...
Even though I knew the price was slightly high on the menu, I was prepared to pay for a taste of home....
I was sorely disappointed.
On seeing the food, I felt conned. The so called Cream tea was a farce, I was being served Redi-whip in a small container, cute the container may have been, but Redi-whip is still was.
The scone I reluctantly put it on was dry and seemed to have been made with concrete instead of flour, the sandwiches were bland and also crusty (as in left outside for too long)
Brownie bites at high tea? Never heard of it, and didn't like it, they were clearly store bought and cut up.
The tea was the only good thing, but I had to ask for milk...which was was given with rolled eyes!
Needless to say, my husband's first afternoon tea was looking like the last.
He could see how annoyed I was, and yet I stayed to give the place the benefit of the doubt, I wish I hadn't.
After footing the bill at almost $40 for two, I felt like I hadn't eaten anything.
I felt conned and blind sided, obviously these two sisters don't care much for the intelligence of the general american public, serving fare that should represent the UK, in fact just plain embarrased me.

I love Two Sisters! We go there often, and I was there most recently last weekend for my birthday. My mom had the high tea, and I had the chicken salad on a croissant. Everything was delicious, fresh, and nicely presented. I urge all of my friends to go there, not only for the great experience, but also to make sure these two sisters stay put!
