Every time I visit Florida I have the pleasure of going to the Victorian Grace Tea Room. The variety of teas offered and the amazing scones make the trip worthwhile. The way the tea room is set up provides for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The soups that are served during the holiday are delicious as well. The service is excellent, like everything else about this tea room. I would absolutely recommend a visit to the Victorian Grace Tea Room to anyone, even non-tea goers.

I visit Florida at least once a year and each year Victorian Grace is must-visit. It is the epitome of romance and femininity and as an avid reader of Pre-Victorian and Victorian literature and film, this tea room always transforms and transports me back to that beloved era. The tea room is absolutely charming from the decor to the staff and finger sandwiches! The scones are to die for. I would definitely recommend Victorian Grace for a spot of tea!

We've been regular tea goers at Victorian Grace since they first opened, and although other tea rooms have opened in the Brandon area, Victorian Grace has always been our favorite! We keep coming back for the scones, especially their white chocolate morsel scone, and the relaxing atmosphere. Whenever a friend suggests going out for tea, we always bring them to Victorian Grace for a wonderful afternoon!

I visited the Victorian Grace for the first time while visiting in Riverview, FL last weekend with my Husband and friends. It was truly a unique and very pleasant experience!I cannot not think of a nicer atmosphere to share a cup of tea with loved ones! The decor is warm and cozy. Every item on the menu was choiced, tasty and very carefully presented. Best of all was the friendly and courteous staff! I will definetly tell my friends to visit and cannot wait to do it again myself. - Shanti 01/04/2012

For the past four years I have visited the Victorian Grace tea room at least once a year. The service, food and ambiance continue to exceed my expectations year after year. This year, I had the pleasure of sampling the 'holiday tea', one of the best teas I have tasted so far. The holiday decor was very tastefully done and added that extra glow for the festive season. The service was excellent with a very courteous staff. Kudos to Loraine, Steven, Christina and Brian!! I would highly recommend a visit to this tea room. I can't wait for next year!!!

I go to this tea room about once a month with some friends, and we always have the BEST time. I am always excited by new teas and tastes each time we go, they never fail to disappoint. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for tea drinking. I look forward to eating there all the time. Awesome food, service, and of course, tea!

Victorian Grace is a very special place! By far it is the nicest place to relax and unwind in town. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is calming and the individual rooms are just charming. The teas and food are out of this world! Victorian Grace has the best soups and the scones are to die for. I've visited with family and bring friends when they are in town. My work team has even scheduled functions here - it is that good! Thank you Lorraine and your staff for always providing a quality tea experience!

I always take my friends to Victorian Grace, I try to get there at least once a month. I have been to many tea houses in the area and no one makes scones like these ladies. There are the best I have ever had! All the food is amazing and it's owners are wonderful!

I highly recommend Victorian Grace Tearoom if you are looking for a delightful experience that will leave you totally relaxed and satisfied! My friends, Levonia Matheny, Lisa Matheny Mart, and Lynn Matheny Culbreth and I were there today and we felt very pampered and relaxed. Lorraine and her staff served up delicious soup, scones (best ever!), finger sandwiches, to-die-for desserts and wonderfully tasty tea, all served in a tearoom that is delightfully decorated and elegant. Our experience at Victorian Grace could not have been better! We will return again and again! Thanks Lorraine and staff, for a wonderful afternoon!

I make it upon myself to invite my friends and I to the Victorian Grace at least once a month. Be it the atmosphere, the food or the service, it is truly amazing. I usually don't eat broccoli cheddar or cream of wild rice, but I have my doubts now upon eating it here. I recommend it all my friends and fellow tea goers, who for the most part have converted into going here now. Keep up the fantastic work, ladies.

I hosted a baby shower for my sister and it was the best day ever. The tea was delicious and for a first timer I really enjoyed the whole experience. The room was nice and even though we did not have a private room with 12 guests the atmosphere seemed private. The Victorian Grace staff was very accomodating and friendly. Thanks for making our experience fabulous and I look forward to visiting again. Delicious!

Victorian Grace is by far the best Tea Room in the Tampa area. It is exquisitely decorated, offering a wide variety of teas, gifts, and beautiful tea-lover accessories. It can accomodate a large group, or if you prefer, you can have your own private room to relax and enjoy your tea in quiet comfort. The food is fantastic including my favorite, pumpkin soup. And best of all are the scones. I have eaten at most of the tea rooms in this area and not one of them has scones that can come close to the ones at Victorian Grace. You really need to get your girlfriends together and try this lovely spot for a delicious luncheon or high tea. It's fabulous!!!

Victorian Grace Tearoom is one of the best tearooms that I have ever been to. Everything was just wonderful! My friends and I went for the Afternoon Tea and it was delicious! The cream of chicken and wildrice soup is definitely my favorite soup. Also, everything on the beautiful three-tier tray was freshly made. Now what can I say about the scones? They were warm and fluffy and so tasty, made even better by the devonshire cream...yum! Aside from the food, the service was impeccable and the staff made you feel as if you were lifelong friends. The tearoom itself was beautifully decorated and very peaceful. This tearoom is definitely deserving of its Number 1 spot. I can't wait to come back soon!

First I would like to say that I have been to many tea rooms in different cities in Canada and United States and I found Victoria Grace to be one of my very favourites. Two girlfriends and I had to pleasure of visiting there for our first time in July and all three of us enjoyed our experience very much. We odered a soup and the hight tea, the soup was delicious and so was the high tea. In comparing high teas with many tea rooms I personally have been to, Victoria Grace offered larger portions and we were all full once done eating. Everything was very fresh and tasty. I have been to some tea places that charge more and the sandwhich sizes are tiny and leave you hungry and the teas are tasteless. We found the atmosphere of each room very pleasant and we took lots of pictures which I w... (more)

I won't be back to this tea room. Watched from one of the side rooms as a little old lady questioned her change back to which the clerk jumped all over her and almost made the lady cry. When I was waited on, it was as though they served me because they 'had to'. 50.00 for tea for 2 is too expensive for a small bowl of soup, a few finger sandwiches and bisquick with cinnamon chips scones-- I won't be back.

my delicious tasty tea as I slowly took tasty little bites of the delicious assortment of pastries that was before me. Kudos to those who so tastefully furnished the inide of the teahouse. Also Kudos to those whose hands made that delicious creamy, chicken soup and delectable pastries. To our server Brian,he was very patient, kind and dedicated as he took care of my friends and I ,ensuring that our pot of tea was always filled, took time to take photographs of my friends and I, even as he still had to take care of his other customers. My daughter absolutely loves tea and tea parties and being a princess, so for her 3rd birthday I thought I would take her to a real tea room to enjoy the ambiance.
Victorian Grace did not disappoint. She had a marvelous time. Her Princess Tea was just perfect.
They served her her own pot of decaf peach tea and gave me an apricot black tea. Both were delicious.
My meal was perfect. Being a vegetarian they were more than happy to oblige me with a greens croissant that was to die for.
I cannot stress how wonderful everything was.
They made my daughter's birthday unforgettable.
It is the perfect place for a special occasion.

Treated myself to tea at Victorian Grace today and everything about my visit was amazing, starting with the service. The teenage boy (the owner's son?) who served me was very friendly, as were the owner and another employee. The chicken and rice soup started it off right and everything else was just as wonderful! The scone was to die for with drops of cinnamon and white chocolate chips that were just starting to melt as the scone was still warm...so tasty with the Devonshire cream! And I loved that the sandwiches went beyond the standard fare with a little something extra to make them special. The cucumber and chicken salad were very tasty but my favorite was definitely the homemade pimento cheese. Ended perfectly with a pina colada dart and a chocolate strawberry. Not picking your own tea doesn't matter when the tea of the day (Passion Fruit) is so good! I plan to go back very soon!

Their scones are amazing, very tasty. The only thing I don't like is that you can't pick which tea you want. I prefer typical english tea (black tea, milk and sugar) and usually their tea of the day is a fruit flavored tea. Other than that...that atmosphere is great and the food is good. Go with your friends and family you'll have a great a time. The owners if the tea room are friendly and have great customer service.

When giving reviews for businesses or products I try to steer away from giving all Excellents or all poors. This time I just can't help it! This teahouse is absolutely amazing. When you walk in the door you are transformed into a different world. Think about when you were a little girl, playing tea party with your stuffed animals and dolls. This tea room is a grown up version of that. From the room that feels like you are in a doll house, to the Gone With the Wind room, or the intimate room for two. All are decorated with charm that is sure to delight everyone.
The food is AMAZING. The creamy chicken soup, the chicken salad croissants, and the to die for scones with fresh cream will leave you thinking about them long after you have left the tea room.

I am not associated with this tearoom, owners or friends and do not have a dog in this fight, but there are many out there who try to ruin someone's business for what reason I do not knoe. In mu opinion you should OPEN YOUR OWN TEA ROOM AND MAKE IT PERFECT LIKE YOU THINK IT SHOULD BE. I do reviews for a living- I was quite surprised that someone had rated this tearoom as a #1. Actually if they traveled around the state & visited all of the other tearooms they would not be so quick to give it such great ratings. It should not be on the top of the list- some of the food was not up there! I heard that sometimes friends of the owners will write the reviews to boost business & that would be a shame! It really would not be fair to the future customers! Can not always judge by all the good reviews! And might I add that I am not an enemy of the Victorian Grace tearoom- just an honest & knowledgeable reviewer!!

Induge your 'inner woman' and travel back to a byegone era when women worked even harder than ever and were 'laced in' and wore hard to iron, uncomfortable clothing. Don't forget though that they relaxed and enjoyed lovely tea parties in beautiful surroundings. But wait! You can enjoy all the plus and none of the minus;
visit Victorian Grace Tea Room in Brandon and wear whatever you please (although it's fun dress up). The food is outstanding, the tea (and wonderful soups) are hot and perfect! Make sure you check out the powder room (certainly not a period outhouse) and feel totally feminine. What a treat!

We traveled from Jacksonville to see for ourselves why this tearoom is rated #1 on teamap. We travel around looking for good tearooms. The afternoon tea that we ordered did not state on the menu that it was for one person & that if we shared it - that the price of $19.95 would be doubled. First we must say that the cream of chicken & wild rice soup was very good & the chicken salad sandwich was good & the cucumber sandwich was good but the rest of the tray was not good. The spinach tart, the scones & the petit fours were not good. I had english breakfast tea & it was not good. The service was good since we were waited on by the owner. We found that the price for the tray was too high for what you actually got. And the tearoom actually is too over done with clutter. Probably will not go back.

My first impression of the place was: quaint. When I walked in, I saw a number of private rooms, each themed uniquely. These rooms are used for private parties and gives the party a sense intimacy. Before I even tasted the tea, I was in love with it. The aroma emanating from the pot was intoxicating. It was Boston Tea (which was the tea of the day). The taste did not disappoint and lived up to its aroma. The food that followed was just as good as the tea. The soup that I had (chicken and wild rice) was flavorful, hot, and delicious! I drank every last drop. The chicken salad croissant and finger sandwiches were EXCELLENT. And need I even tell you about the scone and Devonshire cream?! Just melted in my mouth. Decadent desserts also came with the afternoon tea. I would recommend this tea room to anyone wishing to have an enjoyable, high class tea experience.

Best tea room ever! I only gave a 'good' for 'variety of fine teas offered' because chai tea was not an option; however, they did have a variety of other great tasting teas. Food was amazing-it was beyond expectations. Everything was made fresh and right on the premises. I am not a soup person but only drank the soup because it came with the afternoon tea and I must admit...it was extrememly delicious! Best scones EVER but the recipe is a well-guarded family secret! The atomosphere was inviting and friendly; the decorations created an ambience of being in an authentic tea room. The only downfall was that price only included the Tea of the Day and if you wanted to pick another type of tea, it would be an extra $4 on top of the price. Of all of the tea rooms I've been too, this is by far the best experience I've had and it's well worth the price.

Loved every minute and everything about this Tea Room, the tea was never ending and the food was so delicious!!! The creamy chicken wild rice soup and the scones was the best I have ever had. The atmosphere was so peaceful and calming. I could have sat there all day. With all of our busy lives this truly was a treat to sit and relax in a beautiful setting. I will most definitely go here again.

I had my baby shower here (Jan. 2011). I absolutely loved it. The pumpkin soup was the best soup I have ever had. The scones were perfect. I have frequented many tea rooms and this one is by far the best!!! If I lived closer, I would eat there regularly. Just fantastic!

The tea room has a traditional atmosphere. The people are very friendly and makes sure to check on you often. We had apple cidar which was delicous. The soup and meal were also very good.I liked having such different items in my meal. Although it did not look like a lot of food, it was very filling.Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely go again.
