I attended a memorial service and Victorian Parlor was the caterer. I told the person who planned the serice how lovely everything was, including the china cups, plates, linen napkins, how good the food was and the presentation. Several of the Red Hats got together and went to the Grosse Pointe shop for tea and we had a lovely experience. The staff was most attentive and kept a wonderful pot of loose tea hot and fresh on our table at all times. The sandwiches, pastries, soup were all delicious. We all enjoyed looking all the wonderful items for sale. These Red Hatters will be back.

My friend and I dropped in and were surprised with the charm of this lovely tea room.We had a wonderful organic tea, 'caramel peach with coconut' and scones with Devonshire creme and jam. It was delicious and the server let us walk around the shop with our tea and made us another pot at no charge. What Fun!!

Visited this quaint and charming tea parlor in celebration of an 80th birthday. Could not have been more pleased. The owner was there to welcome us and bring us a wonderful pot of tea. (The pot is kept full by the attentive wait staff) The shop does offer both loose and bagged teas. The table was set with a wonderful array of mix matched china and vintage linens. (I think this is part of the charm) The tea sandwiches were delightful and quite filling. The pastries (which are all homemade) were fabulous. The soup we were served was a delicious vegetable pasta. Every nook and cranny of this shop is filled with treasures for sale - some antique - some new. We look forward to visiting again if not for lunch, just for a cup of tea and a leisurely look back into a more refined time period.
