Serving Full Afternoon Tea Daily Tuesday Through Saturday at 11:30 am and 2 pm. Located in an 120 yr. old historic building in Olde Florence, Yesterday's provides the perfect escape for tea lover's wanting a peaceful gathering place that has that old time charm and feel. Whether you enjoy our faux painted tea room for brunch, lunch or afternoon tea or just pop by for a delicious scone in our casual cafe, our attentive staff is here to please. A visit to our cafe or tea room wouldn't be complete without time to browse our small but well stocked gift boutique. Where you'll find the tri-states largest selection of tea and tea related wares. Food: Yesterday's Cafe & Tea Room is a wonderful escape. It is very relaxing, and the stuff treat you like royalty. I always feel special while I am there. It is always a special time time when I go there. I took my 3 sisters for their birthday once, and it is such a special memory for us. The tea is excellent, and there is so much to chose from. The food is delicious as well. Even my 16 year old son thinks it is a really awesome place. This tea room holds a special place in my heart. I can't imagine a more enjoyable way to spend a couple hours of your day. I always leave feeling relaxed and special. Susan and the staff are wonderful. |

Food: Yesterday's has it all. There are too many tea choices to count. One that we chose was Tippy Assam and it was excellent. What makes the experience special is that the owner shares tea and family history, and the staff and atmosphere are so welcoming and calming. The Afternoon Tea was a series of courses beginning with 3 cheese quiche and ending with pound cake w/orange sauce. The food was excellent. We felt pampered, unrushed, and as if we were the only ones in the room to be served (we weren't). I would feel comfortable in formal or casual attire--the experience can be whatever you want it to be. I would recommend Yesterday's Cafe & Tea Room to anyone. |

Food: Yesterdays Cafe' & Tea Room is definitely a unique place to host the perfect hassle free Baby Shower. My husband and I visited the Cafe' for a lunch sampling of the menu items to be served and enjoyed the coziness and unique style of the Tea Room, then left with a warm and satisfied feeling for the special day ahead. On arrival the Cafe' was tastefully decorated with balloons, linen, china, a chosen party favor and a separate gift table as well. The staff immediately began serving the tea and explaining the creative menu items that we chose for all the attended guest. Susan spoke of the history of the teas and the 'Tea Party' and then assisted me with a toast for the 'mom-to-be'. Just to clarify our policy on children visiting the tea room for the benefit of any newcomers reading this: Children are always welcome at the tea room, especially for our children's parties with live harp! or specialty birthday parties. We do however for our walk-in customers, ask that all guests from 1:30pm to 3:30pm that would like to sit in the front tea room be 13 years and older. This allows us to have a seperate peaceful quiet spot for Moms that are having 'girls afternoon out' or for customers that might be enjoying our full afternoon tea at 2pm. Otherwise, anytime before or after that children are welcome to sit anywhere including the front tea room. And for your convenience from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm we do offer seating for our younger guests in the casual front area or outside in our beautiful garden courtyard. Food:  I took my 6 year old daugther and two of her friends to Yesterday's tea room for her birthday. I was very dissapointed in the whole experience. I have been to other tea rooms and always left feeling satisfied. We all left the tea room hungry. I paid $15 per child for a small pb & j, one strawberry, 3 grapes, a scone, small brownie, and chocolate milk. This was a total rip off for the amount food we received. I would not recommend Yesterday's tea room for a child's birthday tea party. |

For the purpose of this web 'review' site I feel it only fair to note, that you not only received what was listed, but also received chicken salad for you, cucumber sandwiches along with apple sandwiches for the entire group, plus iced tea and hot tea for you as well as hot tea for the young ladies. The 2 pots of chocolate milk were offered free of charge to accomodate the young ladies that didn't enjoy the special hot tea. We also read a wonderful story, along with a birthday song. We made a weekend trip from northern Ohio to visit and we were all glad that we had come. Everything about the tea room was excellent. It would most definitely be worth another visit. |

Food: I visited Yesterday's for the third time today, and it was the perfect way to celebrate Christmas Eve. The food is amazing - always the perfect combination of sweets and savories! I love how the menu varies from season to season, so there's always something new and delicious to try. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and attentive, and you never feel rushed during your meal. Being in my early twenties, I often feel overlooked at restaurants, but not here - Yesterday's makes every customer feel pampered. Susan has visited with us every time we've been there, and she always makes sure that everyone is having a great experience. I really can't say enough good things about Yesterday's... it's a rare combination of great food, fantastic teas, and outstanding service! I'm sure I'll be back many, many times. |

Food: I was introduced to Yesterday's only this year and it is a fantastic place to go. There is something for everyone there. Susan is a fantastic hostess and my first experience was an evening affair with live music outdoors and a wine tasting, attended by my husband and I. Next, was brunch with a friend and lots of tea. Susan evening has a book club with the Tea Shop Mystery books. The gift shop is awesome too! Love the place. |

Food: My wife and I had a truly wonderful time. It was my wife's birthday on 12/9. We had been here 1 time previously and she could not wait to go back for her birthday. The staff is 'top notch', courteous, knowledgeable and fun to talk with. The smells and tastes of our meal were a great experience. It was not just someone bringing our meal to us & leaving us to eat it. The staff 'presented' our meal to us & took their time to give us a lovely history behind the teas and foods. We were told what each item was & the proper order in which to consume it. We were facinated and delighted with this remarkable experience. An area of service improvement: i was at the christmas tea and the sandwiches were a little dry and the harp player answered the phone while he was playing !!
