We made reservations in March for the mid summer tea leaving our credit card info to res as we wanted to try the #1 tea room in Indy and it was over a 200 mile round trip. She didn't bother to call us to cancel when she apparently got a better offer for a private event. I don't belive that tearooms deserve to be rated if you can only partake if you have enough for a private event or can change their schedule to suit them instead of honoring their commitments and ads. I had to make 3 subsequent calls to get some comfort that the credit card info that I had left was secure and she suggested to cancel my card although she trusts her staff. I reccomend Ruby Pear that is great and also in Noblesville.

Unfortunately, for us this was a huge misunderstanding and we are truly saddened by making one of our futrue guests upset with our level of service and customer appreciation. typically a reservation for a specific themed tea is not taken more then 60 days in advance. We had absolutely no record of any reservation for the Mid Summer Tea closer to the date, so we decided on booking the event. We appologize for the inconvinece and hope to see you in the future.
