Central Perc European Cafe
Sort of wonder about Donna's review. I have been to British Tea Rooms in London and Westminster and Bath. Central Perc is right on the mark. Now you can go to more expensive and Elegant tea rooms, but not get much better. Good family type atmosphere. We have been there about 8 times, brought guests 3 times [who loved it] and will continue to go. Go and make up your own mind though. Mel S
