We come every time we are in Naples. Beautifully cozy space, with wonderful teas and traditional British tea options as well as a variety of sandwiches and salads. They offer fresh scones, often in seasonal flavors. A great place.

Saturday I attended a Bridal Shower and was embarrassed for the family. The food was of a poor quality. The bread on the sandwiches was dried out, the scones were also dry and tasteless like if they had been made from bisquick a few days before. The tea was excellent, the room was lovely and so was service. I won't go back because of the food.

My sisters and mother and I have gone to this tea room every year for a decade when we visit Naples. We LOVE this place. The afternoon tea is very traditional, which we love, and also very tasty. We also always share the chocolate bomb, because my mom loves chocolate. She really looks forward to that every year. The staff is very friendly too and the atmosphere is elegant, but not stuffy. Give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Delightful traditional tea with scones, clotted cream, and strawberry preserves. Enjoyed the Royal Wedding tea that I selected. Lovely atmosphere.

I am a tea room hunter. This place is nice but not too victorian an a litle over priced like anything else in beautiful Naples, Fl. I'll go over and over again. We visit Naples twice a year.

This quaint tearoom is set off from the main street by a short walkway, but worth looking for. Freshly prepared food, excellent service and congeniality are in abundance. I enjoyed it so much I took my husband the very next day!

What a find! Brambles is elegant but not stuffy with friendly and informative service. The food is excellant and the portions ample. As a tearoom owner in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I look for the small details and couldn't have been more pleased. Men, don't miss this place the food is appealing to all.

Absolutely authentic tea service. Lovely British couple have a real jewel of a tea room. Homemade currant scones were a mile high and warm. Impecible service and food. Wish I could travel to Florida more often!

I have both shopped and eaten lunch at Brambles. It has been a very pleasant experience on each occasion. The shop has the aura of a traditional tea room. There are both loose and bag teas for sale. The have a wonderful tea called Blue Lade which must be tried! The scones are large, fresh baked, and extremely delicious! Salads are lovely as well. I have heard been in the shop when people have come in to book it for parties, and I think this would indeed be a lovely setting. The owners and servers are very genial people. If you are a lover of tea this is a wonderful oasis in downtown Naples.

On a recent visit to Naples my mother, two daughters and I had afternoon tea at Brambles. It was delightful! My daughters, ages 8 and 10, loved the tea sandwiches and especilly the scones. The ambience was charming, the food delicious and our server managed to keep her sense of humor despite the fact that the entire place seemed to fill at once. This did make for somewhat slow service but it was compensated for by the cheerfulness of the owners and staff. All in all I would definitely recommend Brambles.

Naples is a seasonal town -- which unfortunately leads to high prices and mediocre quality -- but even I was surprised at the surly attitude at Brambles, which seems to be: Don't like it, too bad.

Keep in mind this is a Florida tea house. So it's a little bit strange that ice tea is served hot poured over a cup of ice. 'That's the way we do it here,' is how the waitress explains this odd practice, which results in warm, extremely watery tea. Brambles expresses disdain for its customers' convenience by advertising its willingess to take Visa and Mastercard, yet then refusing to split a bill evenly between two cards. I'm not talking about separate checks -- just an even split. The tea provided is bagged, not loose leaf and no refills are offered. Service is slow -- apparently Brambles is well aware of this since it offers an apology on its menu in advance. The Devonshire cream tea comes says it comes with strawberries. Translation: three small slivers -- approximately half of a normal-sized berry. 'Nuff said?

My girlfriend and I went here on a whim the other day and are so glad that we did. Everything was wonderful - from the tea (vanilla coconut) to our lunches and scones. The scones are made correctly and served with real Devonshire cream, which makes all the difference. The place is beautiful and very ladylike. We enjoyed ourselves, despite being a little too casual. We can't wait to dress up a little more and go again with other friends.

I was looking for a tea house to have my sister's baby shower at in Naples. It was a very last minute thing and I needed a committment rather quickly. I called several places and booked with another tea house in Naples before brambles called back. When brambles called back, the woman told my husband that she couldn't believe that I could have booked as quickly as he said I had and the woman told him that was too bad because they were the best in town. Okay, whatever. Well two days later the owner calls and argues with my husband about having the shower anywhere but there. What? I thought this was so rude and desperate, that I would likely never step foot in the place.

First of all I've been in tea rooms in Boston(Ritz Carlton) and in Boca Raton and never had such an unpleasant experience as @ this tea room. Since the waitresses were occupied when we arrived, the manager(?)persuaded us to sit at a table for two after we had selected a nicer table for four. (all the other patrons in pairs were seated @ tables for four)because these were the best tables! After we were seated @ the table he offered we noticed we were right by the restroom door. By the way there were still lots of empty tables for four. The lunch was nothing more than average. And the seating ruined the whole experience. The next time I think I would just leave since we did notice that the next couple seated got the table we selected first! Maybe the manager should let the waitresses do the seating. I would pass up this tea room.

During a visit to Naples, I took a friend who had never been to a tea room. While I did enjoy my Brambles Delight, as it was called, I found the $18 price tag very steep for the amount of food we were given: One scone, two small finger pastries, and four triangular finger sandwiches (which added up to one thin white bread sandwich with crusts removed). A pot of tea did come with the meal, but no refills were offered. I think an offer of extra scones or sandwiches would have been in order. Perhaps I am just spoiled by the more economical (and much more filling) Milk-n-Honey Tea Room here in Tampa.
