I do not see a tea menu. On their web site, they only mention dinner, no lunch nor tea. I do not believe that this is a tea room.

I have not been there, and see no way to respond on the category chart.

It has now become an upscale Italian restaurant, but still serves a nice selection of Tea and tisanes with the meals, if you aren't a wine drinker. I had honeybush, loose, perfectly prepared and it was almost as delicious as my food (goat cheese salad, shrimp & the best chocolate dessert I ever ate).

More a cafe than a tea room, although they do have some good quality loose tea. Excellent food-I have shrimp prepared in a way I never tried before. Organic salad, delicious dessert.

Would highly recommend for a nice dinner with friends.

Not a place where you get bang for the buck. Too expensive for what it is. Poor service. The owner is abrasive and harsh. If you want to sweat garlic for the next few days and aggravate your co-workers with the pungent stench, this is the place for you.

I didn't have the afternoon tea, but did have an excellent tisane after my meal (which was also delicious, by the way). Nice to see a restaurant offer a choice of loose teas for us 'teetotallers'

a treasure! I had a loose rooibos tisane, NOT easy to find, perfectly brewed and presented. the room was elegant but not at all stuffy, which is even more difficult to find! Fabulous!

I came here when Caffe dell'Amore first opened, and just visited again last week. It's even better than I remembered- the menu is expanded, the teas are excellent, and the service is friendly-they remembered me after all this time!

      A jewel!

Wow! I came for a baby shower and loved the place- great food, wonderful tea, beautiful ambiance and attentive service. Our group had a blast and I took the dinner menu with me. I fully intend to return for dinner soon. A+

Kelly Lee its so unfortuante that people must begrudge the places that they visit, I only say if you do not like a place, let it be up to someone else!!! I always feel its so bad to say somthing wrong to others who have tried to make it up to them, I too have found some places not what I paid for then I leave my card and tell them I work for Tea Map, and Why I came here and tell them I am doing a tea thing with them.I also feel that if you dont like it then move on... I know who she is but I am not going to tell you who this person is but its her problem. I just feel that this person should have told this Kathy Lee about how she felt and NO begrudge her on these posts and say negativity here... If the Tea house does wrong they must fix it.. if not then they will lose customers, I HAVE yet to find anything wrong with this place. I find it amazing if somthings that others feel is wrong how they just sit there and do not have it corrected. Open up your mouths!! I said my peace. You have a wonderful place I visit one time a month to various tea houses... and Love all of them never had one I did not like.Contact me if you need to.

From the owners of Caffè dell’Amore:

It is, of course, distressing to hear someone left our cafe less than completely satisfied. I would like to speak to this guest, to find out what happened, to learn from any mistake made, and to do whatever it takes to make it up to them. However I have been unable to find the guest check with this name and/or fitting this description (with ours being a small space, and both owners always in house, we know every person who walks in the door and every order that leaves the kitchen). I tried calling the only listing in the phone book under this name, but the person stated she had not been in the café. Whether this is an actual review or the result of a continued grudge, I would like the opportunity to clarify a few inaccuracies in the review:

A] Our breads and desserts are made fresh at the cafe daily, and we sell enough volume of these to actually be listed as a bakery. The former editor of Gourmet magazine was in the café this week, and raved about the desserts and the overall freshness of our items. As we donate leftovers to the nearby homeless shelter, it is not possible that the bread served would be white around the edges, nor the desserts to be ‘store bought’, let alone cold or hard.

B] Our teas, including such leading teas as Margaret’s Hope Darjeeling FTGFOP1 Muscatel and Japanese Gyokuro are the best-not by my opinion but by the tea boards that label them as such. Inferior teas cannot carry the markings that these have. Insult me if you must, but not my teas! Yet despite the higher cost of these teas, we sell them at the comparable market rate of other tea rooms in Naples. We believe in quality, and it is reflected in our menu.

C] The interpretation of what is a tea room is relative: We are styled after such tea rooms as Angelina’s in Paris, Demel in Vienna and Florian in Venice, all in operation for about 100 years. Few cafes anywhere list 10 top-quality and rare loose teas on their menu nor have afternoon tea service. The three-course afternoon tea includes items such as dill crepes with salmon and crème fraiche (to best compliment the above referenced Margarets Hope), chicken salad with seasonal fruit in a phyllo cup, earl grey panna cotta, linzer tarts and more, made specifically to bring out the nuances of the teas. We chose our tea as we do our wine, and recommend specific teas to go with items on the menu.

If perhaps this reviewer was from out of town, and therefore not listed in Naples, I hope when she visits Naples again she will come in, and give us a chance to make her happy. If instead it is said grudge-bearer, shame on them for ruining the spirit of this site, and the spirit in which the tea experience is shared.

To classify Caffe Dell'Amore as a tea room is a disservice to the place. It is a cafe, very European with some unique and yummy food selections. A tea room, however? No. Our tea was brought in glass presses (no problem with that) but before it was brewed to my liking the server came along and plunged my tea and my son's without asking or taking into consideration that it hadn't yet steeped long enough. There is a tea menu but it's not a good tea menu. Their 'famous' nut bread was dry and whitened at the edges and the pastries were not made in-house but purchased. They were cold and hard. I would not recommend this for those seeking out a tea room but for a unique and stylish cafe, then, yes. Also, the prices are astronomical! Understandable given their Naples location and rent but neither I nor my son felt we got what we paid for. The owners are darling people, I don't want to put down the restaurant at all, my point is just that it is a lovely and pricey cafe but not at all a tea room of any sort. It's a cafe that serves tea.

My daughter went to a bridal shower here about 2 weeks ago and she raved about it- the food, the place, the service, everything. I'm not much of an expert on tea, but I agreed to take her back with my wife. We found out when we called they serve dinner, and that's what we had. I have to say, this was the best Lasagna Bolognese I've ever eaten in my life. The owner recommended a tea to compliment it to my wife, and she loved it. I had a glass of wine to go with mine, also great. Not expensive, beautiful place not frilly. Very relaxing enjoyable experience. Never thought I'd be so into tea rooms, but this did it for me! My wife bought one of the infusion pots, and now we have tea for breakfast. She says it's the best tea she has ever had, and she and my daughter go to tea rooms in every city we visit.

I was in this 'empty' room at the same time as this group- at least I assume it was them(yes, they were the only other ones, but I've been in this place when it's packed also). It was probably cleared out by the crying baby they insisted on bringing into the dining room. They carried on like queens, reminding the owners every 5 minutes that they would write a review, in an effort, it seemed to me, to not have to pay. This place serves a superb afternoon tea, unique and with wonderful fresh ingredients, and the plates I saw them leave were practically licked clean. They were very pissed off when the owner presented them with the bill- the afternoon tea, 3 courses with a 2 cup pot of the highest loose tea costs $18.90, I get it regularly. They clearly wanted a free ride. These kind of people don't deserve to be in any kind of business-(or 'bussines' as she says. They are too low class

Yesterday I visited this teatoom with 2 freinds. We are all involved in tea. I am a tea merchant, and both my freinds have tea bussines'. The tearoom was empty when we arrived. Both the server and ownwe/chef were extremely rude. the food was expensive and sparce. The quality of the tea was poor. the tearoom remained empty the whole time we were there. I would skip this one.

What a refreshing place to have lunch even with the pouring rain outside! Beautifully decorated, scrumptous food, even yummier deserts and Fabio (chef) was as pleasant as ever. Can't wait to take more friends there!

Yes, the room is beautiful- the most beautiful dining room in Florida, if not the country. But let's talk about the tea! I had the afternoon tea here and it was fantastic- Continental style, not your typical English afternoon tea: mini quiche, bruscetta for the 1st course, a wonderful tea cake studded with fruit for the 2nd course, and mini tartlets and madeleines for dessert. I had a pot of the best Darjeeling tea I ever tasted to go with it. Divine!
