Dora Victoria's at The Minnis House Bed and Breakfast is a private event facility offering occasional Saturday teas for the public. The tearoom is named in memory the owner's grandmother, Dora Victoria Brimer. It is a newly remodeled century-old home in the Arts and Crafts design, operating as a bed and breakfast as well. Private events such as tea parties, bridal and baby showers, weddings, receptions, bridesmaids luncheons, private dinners, meetings, retreats, etc., are welcomed. Services of our UT Certified wedding consultant/director are complimentary with all special occasions booked at our facility. We offer a special ladies retreat for up to 8 female friends and/or relatives where the guests enjoy a Saturday afternoon tea, an overnight stay (additional amenities and activities offered), and breakfast the next morning. The $65 per person rate is for two ladies staying in the same room. A private guest room plus tea party would be $115 per person. The Minnis House is located in Jefferson County, twenty minutes from Morristown, Knoxville, Sevierville, Dandridge, White Pine, and Rutledge. Its easy access 1/2 block from Hwy. 11E makes it an ideal meeting place for a gathering of friends from different areas. Stained glass lighting fixtures and lamps, antiques, silver and crystal all add to the ambience of the home. Please look for us on Facebook and on bedandbreakfast.com by searching for The Minnis House. Call for a complimentary tour and consultation for your private event.

I recently ate at The Minnis House. The food, atmosphere, and the service were all wonderful. I would encourage anyone to go to The Minnis House because I know they will enjoy everything about it.
