Impressive!!! I have traveled extensively throughout the USA and I have been to many tearooms listed on teamap.com, from CA, AZ, LA, FL, PA, and throughout New England. Fancy That jumped to the top of the list and I am so happy that Brad and Sarah listed on teamap.com. Brad exudes an unmatched gracious hospitality that you do not find anymore from the beginning of asking a question online about a reservation, to being greeted at the front door, throughout the entire service. This tea room is everything you expect a tea room to be - from the decor, to the delectable scone, sandwiches, and desserts, to the exquisite hospitality. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon respite on such a dreary afternoon. This will become a favorite destination for me and I will make a point to travel out of my way just to visit again.

First time going to a tea room and will definitely be coming back. Beautiful and relaxing setting. Host was very friendly and helpful. Large selection of teas and the food was delicious and presentation was wonderful! And we never felt rush the whole time there. Thank you for such a lovely afternoon.....

Two friends and I have been treating ourselves to afternoon tea at places such as The Ritz and The Taj several times a year for over 15 years. We just discovered Fancy That and it is wonderful! We have already planned our next visit. The attention to detail is impeccable. Not only do they brew the tea perfectly, but they decant it before they serve it so that the tea in your pot does not get bitter. Nobody else at any of the fine places we've been knew to do that! It's the sign of a true tea connoisseur. We were served the following tea sandwiches: cucumber on white bread, chicken salad on wheat bread, and ham salad on a whirl rye bread. One of my friends is a vegetarian and they had prepared substitutes for her that she said were lovely. The tea pastries were a vanilla cupcake with purple frosting, a chocolate macaroon, and a s'mores cup. All of the food served was delicious! The owners have created a cozy Victorian atmosphere with embroidered linens, lace, beautiful teacups, and fine china. For a special treat, ask Brad to tell you the story of the beautiful fan in the silver frame in the back room.

I have been to Tea rooms on both coasts of the U.S. and I have to say that Fancy That is excellent. The ambience, tea selection, and food is just wonderful. They really pay attention to the details, nothing is overlooked. Looking forward to visiting them again.

My daughter and I have had tea at Fancy That three times so far this year, and we love it! The decor is lovely, the food wonderful, and the service excellent. It's well worth the trip (a one and a half hour drive for us), and if it was closer, we'd go every month - it's that good!

I love Fancy That, no matter what the occasion, when we celebrate there, I can't help but feel... well, Fancy! Sarah and Brad are fantastic hosts, and their attention to detail creates the perfect atmosphere. Whether you are a seasoned tea enthusiast or are picking up a teacup for the first time, you feel comfortable to talk, share, and most importantly drink tea. Their selection of teas is creative and thier finger sandwiches and desserts are adorbale as well as tasty. Fancy That is my favorite teashop, and I can not recommend them enough!

Fancy That is a beautiful, Victorian decorated Tea room. I have enjoyed tea and goodies numerous times. I like the Earl Grey tea. The sandwiches I have had are the cucumber, chicken salad, ham and the desserts are delicious especially the macarons, cupcakes and scones. Sarah and Brad are the best. The shop is lovely with different teas, bone china cups, breads, jellies etc for sale. Fancy That is a great place to relax with friends. Love it!!!!

We love Fancy That. The owners are delightful, the tea is exceptional,a nd the pastries are to die for. They even were able to accommodate the people in my party with food allergies. Just the very best.

Our afternoon tea at Fancy That was absolutely perfect! We had a large group that was lucky to get a reservation during their first weekend of offering tea service. The attention to detail was impeccable, and our experience was completely relaxing and enjoyable – just what our family needed to catch up and enjoy our time together. The owners, Sarah & Brad, are true tea enthusiasts and have spent so much love and care making sure a visit to their shop as well as for tea is nothing but exceptional. They checked in on us for anything we needed but gave us the time and space to enjoy ourselves as guests. We truly enjoyed ourselves and as a big 'tea' family (we've tried pretty much all the local tea shops that we can find), we will definitely be back! SO enjoyable and so happy there is finally a local tea room near us!

Recently had tea for 8 in this exquisite little room. For those of you tea enthusiasts that haven't been, it's worth it! This is the sort of place you go when you want to relax and do something special. The decor is Fresh English Victorian Pink Floral Shabby Chic, without feeling stuffy, dowdy, or too frilly. It's a wonderful space, full of pretty china and positive energy.

My ONLY disappointment was the cinnamon raisin scone - I'm not a picky eater and this really didn't do anything for me. We each had our own pot of tea. I loved the Earl Grey Lavender. The tea package consisted of cucumber, ham, and chicken salad tea sandwiches. I was particularly fond of the chicken one, and would suggest the addition of an egg salad or a curried chicken salad. The assortment of diminutive desserts consisted of yummy lemon poundcake, a fruit tart, a vanilla cupcake, and (my personal favorite) a pistachio macaron. I really appreciated the variety and freshness of these treats. They looked delightful on the 3 tiered stands. I'm curious if they will offer different treats seasonally, as we will most definitely be back again! Best of luck to Fancy That - a fabulous tearoom and two really friendly proprietors.
