Love the Harney & Sons Chocolate Mint loose tea! The homemade quiche was fabulous as well. Inviting and unique, can't wait to visit again. Their Gift Shoppe has a great variety of items.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this tea shoppe! I was in Brockport visiting the college and while perusing the Main Street business district, this place caught my eye. I did not expect to find a such an appealing menu. I ordered the Chicken Salad and it arrived so beautifully garnished. The service was so pleasant and friendly. I will definitely return!

Afternoon Tea was outstanding...lovely finger sandwiches! The chicken salad was delicious and the mini desserts from cheesy eddies were divine.

A charming setting for a quiet lunch or small party. The new menu includes fresh new vegetarian and vegan options as well as the long time favorites such as Jo's famous roasted chicken salad. Select your own antique tea cup and choose from a changing variety of local and international loose leaf and sachet teas. Presentation is top notch and the ladies are always friendly and accommodating. Save room for dessert! Greg'ry's bakery in Bergen supplies pies, pastries, cookies, and other seasonal treats!

My husband and I visited this tearoom and had a very nice lunch. My husband enjoyed his reuben sandwich. The soup was great. The quiche had an interesting twist to it. We also enjoyed the soup. The owner was friendly and the tearoom was very clean and tidy.

I enjoyed tea and a wonderful lunch with my daughter at The Red Bird Tea Shop! This establishment should be listed as one of the best in the WNY region!! I belong to a small tea group and have enjoyed tea all over the world. The lunch/tea menu quality is outstanding!! It is so nice to know that I do not have to travel far to enjoy a great tea experience.

My sister and I attended the Mother's Day Tea. We had a wondeful time, the atmosphere was relaxing and the food was phenomenal (as usual). The cruise was also very enjoyable. We look forward to your next event! Thank you for a wonderful Mother's Day.

A very nice tea shop. Small seating area but a wonderful selection and quality of food. My 3 year old daghter loved to pick out her own tea cup and she really enjoyed the 'Children's Tea' a bagged tea I've never seen before. We've been twice and we'll continue to come back.

It was passed lunchtime when we stopped for something to eat. Nevertheless the staff accommodated our growling stomachs and served us a delicious lunch! Food was great from the squash soup, chicken salad and rice pudding for dessert. It was fun to select one's own china cup from the variety on the sideboard. And Harney tea is the best!

The Friendship Tea Circle, a group of 8, enjoyed a scrumptious tea on the 17th of November, 2007. The tea room being semi-formal was just big enough for our group, plus maybe 6 or 8 more at smaller tables. We picked out our own cup from a beautiful array, set on a buffet. The choice of bagged teas covered a wide range of tastes, and included 3 kinds of Earl Grey! (my favorite) Decafinated teas were offered as well. We were each presented with an individual little red pot of hot water. Milk, lemon, and tubes of honey were available.(I had never seen honey presented this way...neat!) The hot squash soup was a nice compliment to the mushroom and spinich quiche. It was served with purple cabbage salad and fresh sliced fruit. It was a tasty colorful meal for a grey fall day.And...there was no room for dessert...boo hoo...We were served by Jo Matela and her staff, they acquitted themselves admirably. The gift shop in the front was full of goodies, too many to mention. Lots of 'pretty's'. It will definitely warrant a second trip..I would say 'a good time was had by all'

I too enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with some lady friends. Our server was especially cheery and sweet. I enjoyed choosing my tea cup and tea. Harney tea is the best! The squash soup was really delicious too. The atmosphere was open, bright, happy and pretty. The gift shop offered a good variety of interesting gifts. I hope to return soon. Thank you for a special tea time.

The serve yourself tea was not what I have been used to in the tea rooms I have visited. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. Thought you could have had a more interesting array of teas.

My tea group enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea. The setting is charming and relaxed with a lovely table. It was fun to select our own teacup! Of the several loose teas offered we especially liked the Paris blend. The variety and number of tea sandwiches served was outstanding, the scones hot and delicious and the desserts a perfect ending. The owners have made tea a very pleasant afternoon treat. We unanimously agree to come again. The gift shop is very tempting, by the way.

I went to lunch with a group of lady friends and had a great time. The Roasted Chicken Salad was wonderful. We all got to choose our own teacup, which was kind of fun. The gift shop in the front of the store was interesting to browse through. There were many other gift shops in the area to look through after we enjoyed a cup of tea and a bite to eat.
